Episode 2.1 "Man of Science, Man of Faith"
A Jack Episode
Songs: Make Your Own Kind of Music - Mamma Cass

A man is seen waking up in a apartment. He goes over to a computer and types something in. Then he puts a record on and it's the song "Make Your Own Kind of Music" by Momma Cass. The guy makes breakfast and starts to work out. Suddenly there is an explosion and the man runs to look into a microscope. It goes up a shaft and Jack, Kate, Locke, and Hurley are looking down! This man is inside the hatch. Jack and Locke argue about when to go into the hatch and Jack wants to wait untill the next morning, but Locke wants to go down. The decide to head back to camp. On the way back, Hurley tells Jack that he won the lottery and that he was once a patient in a mental hospital. Jack asks why he's telling him this and Hurley explains a little more about the numbers to Jack. Elsewhere, Shannon can't find Vincent and her and Sayid go to look for him in the jungle. While the are out there, Shannon hears whispers and sees Walt! He's soaking wet and tells her "Don't push the button. The button's bad!" When she gets back to camp, she tells everyone what she saw, but they don't believe her. However, Sun gets really worried that something happened to Jin and everyone else. Jack, Kate, Locke, and Hurley make it back to the caves and Jack tells everyone that they have opened the hatch, but Arzt died. Everyone gets scared but Jack takes on his leader role and is able to calm them down. Later, Locke gets some rope and heads back towards the hatch. Kate tells Jack that she is going to go with Locke in the hatch. He agrees but he really doesn't want her to go, fearing that something will happen to her. She meets up with Locke and he decides that she should go down first since she is smaller. He ties the rope around her and lets her down. However, Kate realizes that something is down there is is pulling her! She calls for help and screams as she falls. This strange white light comes from inside the hatch and Locke climbs down after her. Back at the caves, Hurley tells Jack that Kate left and Jack then decides to go back to the hatch for Kate and takes his gun with him. When he gets there he notices that Kate and Locke are gone and climbs down the hatch. When he gets down there he sees that it's some sort of underground bunker with fog lights and security cameras. He hears Kate screaming his name as he makes his way in. He passes a mural painted on the wall with the numbers painted on it. Then Jack's key necklace moves towards the wall by some magnetic force. In flashbacks, Jack first met Sarah when she was involved in a car crash with Shannon's dad Adam. Sarah was left paralysied from the crash, but Jack was determined to fix her. Sarah was engaged at the time, but her boyfriend left her when he heard she might not walk again. Jack performed the surgery and went to blow off some steam at a football stadium. As he was running stairs he met a man named Desmond, who was training for a marathon. He told Jack to keep faith that Sarah would be alright and said "Meet you in the next life, brother." Sarah woke up from her surgery and could walk again. Jack was overjoyed and his faith came back to him. Back in the hatch, Jack found a computer from the eairly 1980's and Locke comes and tells him not to push the exacute button. Jack then points his gun and Locke and asks where Kate is. However, someone else is pointing a gun at Locke and says "Don't pull the trigger, brother." It's Desmond!

Episode 2.2 "Adrift"
A Michael Episode

Michael is in the water still calling after Walt. Sawyer finds Michael not breathing and they find a piece of the raft. Sawyer does CPR and saves his life. They can't find Jin and Walt is long gone. Sawyer had a bullet wound in his shoulder and takes the bullet out himself. Something started to shake the raft and they thought it was just waves but it was a shark! Michael and Sawyer start arguing again over what happened and Sawyer decided to swim to another piece of the raft. However, he left his gun behind. At the caves, Charlie and Claire were talking about Jack going to find Kate and Claire gave Charlie Aaron to hold while she looked through their bags. Charlie was making funny faces at Aaron, when Claire found the Virgin Mary statue. She asked Charlie if he was religious and he told her no, but Claire was confused about why he would have this. In the hatch, it was when Locke went into the hatch to find Kate. He found her knocked out on the ground and she woke up. Desmond came and asked Locke if he was "Him". Locke told him yes, but Desmond realized that he was lying when he wouldn't answer the riddle right. Desmond then made Locke tie up Kate and put her in another room. However, Locke gave her a knife. When she untied herself she found a light switch. She was in a pantry with a lot of food. She went straight to the chocolate, ate it, and when she realised it was still good, she took some. Kate went into the air conditioner shaft and hid behind a vent where she could see the main computer room. An alarm went off and Desmond looked through the microscope and saw Jack comming towards them. He looked at a timer and saw that it was almost down to 0 and made Locke push in 4 8 15 16 23 42 into the computer and push the exacute button. The timer then went back up to 180. As Jack came closer, Kate started to yell for him. That's when Jack saw Locke and Desmond. Jack was demanding to know where Kate was and she saw that he was really worried about her. However, Desmond shot towards Jack and it almost hit Kate! In flashbacks, Michael still wants joint custody of Walt, but Susan wants Walt to come live with her and Brian. They take the custody battle to court and Michael realises that he really can't provide for Walt like Susan can. He lets her have custody and before they leave, he see Walt again, tells him that he loves him, and gives him a stuffed polar bear. Back in the ocean, Sawyer is swimming towards the other part of the raft when the shark tries to attack him. Michael gets the gun and shoot at it and kils it. Sawyer thanked Michael for saving his life and Michael said that they were even. The next morning, the made it to a new beach on the island. However, Jin ran towards them! He was tied up and was screaming about "others". Then 3 people came towards Michael, Jin, and Sawyer!

Episode 2.3 "Orientation"
A Locke Episode

Locke is still at the computer and waits. Kate climbs into another room of the hatch and finds guns! She gets one and Jack sees her comming behind Desmond. Jack keeps his gun pointed at him and Kate knocks him out from behind! However, a bullet went off in Desmonds gun and hits the computer! Desmond gets really scared and tells them that they are all going to die. Locke and Jack tell her to get Sayid to help fix the computer. As Desmond is trying to fix the computer he tells Jack how he got there. He says he was in a marathon race and his boat shipwrecked on the island. He was met by a guy named Kelvin and he showed Desmond the hatch and what to do. He also says "This is the computer that will save the world." Jack doesn't belive him, but he tells Jack and Locke to watch the orientation film. Locke finds the film on the bookshelf and he and Jack set the projector up. According to the film, the hatch was built in 1980 by Alvar Hanzo and a married couple, the Degroots from the University of Michigan. The hatch is a station called "The Swan" and it is part of a science experiment called The Dharma Initative. They used the island for experiments on phycology, zoology showing polar bears, electromagnetic fields, meterology, and other scientific fields. The scientist in the film says that the numbers have to be put into the computer every 108 minutes. However, pieces of the film are missing. It ends with saying that there was an incident that occured in the hatch, but that everything has been checked. After the film, Jack still doesn't believe it. He says it's fake to get people to think that you have to put those numbers in. Locke still believes in it though. Meanwhile, Desmond thinks he fixed the computer, but the power goes out! Desmond freaks out and packs his things, along with some sort of injection bottles and leaves Jack and Locke in the hatch through another door. Jack runs after him and Desmond tells him that he remembers him. He asks Jack what happened to Sarah, and Jack starts to cry and tells him that they aren't married anymore. Desmond tells Jack that he'll meet him again and dissapears into the jungle. Kate, Sayid, and Hurley make it back to the hatch. Kate turns the power on and Sayid fixes the computer. Hurley also found the pantry. The timer is running down again and Locke tries to punch in the numbers, but can't remember them and Hurley won't tell him because they are the numbers. In flashbacks, Locke was in anger management classes because of what his father did to him. He meets a woman there named Helen and they start to date. However, he won't give up trying to see his dad. Helen forces him to choose between her and his father, and he chooses her. Elsewhere, Michael, Jin, and Sawyer are attacked by the 3 and put into a pit. Sawyer tries to climb his way out, but they throw a girl inside. The girl ends up being Ana-Lucia, who Jack met before boarding the plane, and she was in the tail section. She starts to talk to them about the plane crash, but notices that Sawyer has a gun! She doesn't believe them and calls for Eko to pull her up. Michael, Jin, and Sawyer are being held by the tail section people! Back in the hatch, Locke puts in the wrong numbers and Jack comes in telling him that the last number is 42. Locke changes it but won't push the button! He tells Jack to take a leap of faith and push it himself. Jack gets really angry and won't push it. As the timer gets close to 0 Jack finally pushes it. The timer resets and Locke says he'll take the first shift.

Episode 2.4 "Everybody Hates Hugo"
A Hurley Episode

Hurley puts a song on the record player in the hatch and starts to eat all the food. He drinks milk from a carton and on it is a picture of Walt and it says "Missing". Then Hurley see Jin and he's speaking perfect English to him. However, Hurley is speaking Korean and he sees a person in a chicken suit. Jin tells him "Everything is going to change." Hurley wakes up and is by the computer and Kate reminds him to type in the numbers and he does. Hurley now has a job to do and he has to figure out what to do with the food in the hatch. Jack tells him that he can't tell anyone. While he is at the beach, Charlie comes up and asks Hurley what's in the hatch. He won't tell him and Charlie gets angry. Later, Hurley helps Rose with the laundry. He tells her about the hatch and takes her there. He shows her the washer and dryer that are in there and Rose starts to help with the food project. Jack finds Hurley and Rose and says it ok that he told her but he can't tell anyone else. As they are sorting food, Kate comes in and asks if she can get some shampoo. The hatch has a shower and she wants one. Rose gives her some, but Hurley gets mad. They have to divide this up evenly. Meanwhile, Jack finds Sayid hammerig away at the wall. He's trying to get to the power source behind it. It's very magnetic. When Sayid can't get through it the go under it where all the pipes are. They find that there is even more concreat down there. Sayid tells him he hasn't see this done since the Chernyobal nuclear disaster. However, they see steam comming from some of the pipes! Jack goes to find out what it is. He gets to the shower and walks in as Kate is walking out with just a towl on. They are both embarrased and Kate tells him that the shower works and there is shampoo left over if he needs it. She leaves and Jack just keeps staring. Elsewhere, Claire walks down the beach and finds the bottle with their messages in it. She tells Shannon and the go to Sun and show her what they found. Claire tells Sun that she should do whatever she wants with it and they will keep it a secret. Charlie finds Locke in the jungle and Locke tells him what is all in the hatch, like the record player and the food. He gets excited and runs to Hurley asking him if he has any peanut butter for Claire. Hurley says there is but he can't give it to him. Charlie gets angry with him, and Hurley decides to blow up the food! In flashbacks, Hurley and his best friend Johnny worked at a chicken restruant and they both quit the same day. They hung out at a record store, talked about how DriveShaft sucks, and Hurley asked Starla, a girl he liked, out. She told him yes. However, as they were driving home, Johnny stoped at a gas station and reporters where there. They were looking for Hurley, because he won the lottery! Johnny, however, was mad at him for keeping this a secret. Back on the island, Ana let Michael, Jin, and Sawyer out of the pit. They walked back to another Dharma hatch. Ana told them that there was originally 23 survivors from the tail section, but something bad happened and now there are only 5, Ana, Eko, Libby, Cindy the flight attendant, and Rose's husband Bernard! Back in the hatch, Hurley sets up the dynamite and is going to blow up the food when Rose stops him. He tells her that if he doesn't everyone will hate him. Rose says that no one will hate Hurley and that everyone likes him. Hurley then decides what to do with the food. They have a Thanksgiving feast. Jack and Kate ate dinner together like a couple, Shannon and Sayid at together with Vincent, Sun burried the bottle, and Hurley gave Charlie a jar of peanut butter. Charlie then suprised Claire with it and she and Aaron were so happy. Meanwhile, Bernard asked Michael, Jin, and Sawyer about Rose and if she was ok. They told him that she was fine and he was so greatful.

Episode 2.5 "...And Found"
A Sun and Jin Episode

Sun and Claire were doing laundry by the beach and Claire asked how she was and what Sun did with the bottle. Sun told her that she burried it and still hoped that Jin was ok. However, when Sun looked down at her wedding ring, it was missing. Claire tried to help her find it, but it was no where around the beach. Hurley tried to help her out and suggested that Vincent might have ate it. He tried to make her wait until the dog used the bathroom, but she was pretty sure Vincent didn't eat it. Later, Jack tried to help Sun and told her that he lost his wedding ring once and never found it. He bought a new one and Sarah never noticed. However, when Sun asked where his ring was now, he told her that it was back home in his sock drawer. Sun still couldn't find it and got really angry. She went and started to tear up her garden, but Locke stoped her. He calmed her down and Sun asked how he doesn't get angry any more. Then Locke told her that he's not lost anymore. When Sun asked how, Locke said "I stoped looking." At the beach, Kate came over to Sun to help and she told Kate about the bottle Claire found. Kate got worried and had Sun take her to where she burried it. On the other side of the island, Jin, Michael, Sawyer were told by Ana that they were going to take them to their camp. They all agreed and the eight of them started their journey through the jungle. Libby was scared to go into the jungle because "the others" live there, so Ana had Libby and Michael get food and take the radio, Sawyer to stay with Cindy and Eko, and Jin, Bernard, and her went to get some fish. At first Ana didn't think that Jin was good at fishing, but he proved her wrong and showed how he is a fisherman. Meanwhile, Michael left Libby and ran off in the jungle to find Walt! Libby ran back to Ana and the rest and told them about Michael. Jin started to run after him, but Eko tried to stop him. They fought, but Eko told Jin that he was comming with him. Ana and the rest went off towards Jack's camp and her and Sawyer started to form a bond. However, Sawyer's would was getting infected and he was getting sick. As Jin and Eko were looking for Michael, Jin found a dead body! Eko told him that he was with him, but "the others" killed him. He then told Jin that "the others" don't leave footprints. Suddenly Eko heard and noise and had Jin hide. In flashbacks, Sun was being set up by her parents with a hotel heir named Jae while Jin started working for the same hotel. Sun and Jae were becoming close and she liked him. Jin was constantly put down becuase he belonged to the poor class and he wasn't able to let his people in the hotel. However, one day a little boy needed to use the bathroom and Jin let him in. He was then told that if he kept doing this he would be fired, but Jin couldn't take it anymore and quit. Meanwhile, Jae told Sun that he was going to be going to America soon. He was secretly engaged to an American woman. This upset Sun a lot and she ran out. As she was running she bumped into Jin, and the two fell in love. Back on the island, Jin and Eko were hiding when "the others" walked by! Their feet are shown and they are very dirty. Then there is a someone little in the back holding a teddy bear. After they left, Eko told Jin to wait, but Michael went running by. Jin tried to stop him, but Eko was able to. He told him that if "the others" wanted to be found, they wouldn't come to him. Back at the beach, Sun digs up the bottle and Kate looks through it. Sun asked her why she was doing this and Kate said that she had to make sure it was from them. She was worried about eveyone, including Sawyer. Suddenly, Kate saw Sun's wedding ring by the bottle. Sun was overjoyed and had new hope that Jin would come back. As Sun looked at her ring, Jin did the same on the other side.

Episode 2.6 "Abandoned"
A Shannon Episode
Songs: Stay - Dave Mathews Band

Shannon was taking care of Vincent when Sayid came over. He told her that he had a suprise. Sayid showed her a hut he built for them by the beach and the two slept together. Later, when Shannon woke up, Sayid went to get some water. Suddenly she saw Walt dripping wet again! He told her "They're comming." Shannon was scared even more and told Sayid when he got back. He told her it was just a nightmare, but she doesn't believe him. The next day, Shannon goes to Hurley and Rose and asks where Michael and Walt's things are. Rose tells her and as she leaves, Rose tells Hurley "It must be hard for her loosing someone she really loved." Shannon gets one of Walt's shirts and tries to make Vincent track Walt's scent. When the dog does pick up a scent, he leads Shannon through the jungle. However, he leads her to Boone's grave! Sayid finds her there and tells her that he is worried about her. He still doesn't believe her about Walt and Shannon takes off into the jungle to find him. Elsewhere, Charlie and Claire got into an argument over how to take care of Aaron and he tells her that she needs a lot of help. When she couldn't get Aaron to stop crying, Locke showed her how to swaddle a baby. Claire told Locke that Charlie was acting like Aaron's father, was very overprotective of them, and had a Virgin Mary statue. Locke feared that Charlie might be on the drugs again and Charlie came over and was very jealous that Locke was there. When Claire was getting ready to go for a walk, she asked Locke to watch the baby, but he could see that Charlie was angry. Locke told them he had to leave and gave Aaron to Charlie. Claire just stared at Charlie for how rude he was being. Later, he talked to Locke and realized that he knew about the statue. In the jungle, Ana and the rest were making their ways towards Jack's camp when Sawyer collapsed! His infection had gotten worse. Michael, Jin, Eko, Bernard, Libby, and Cindy made a strecher to carry Sawyer on, but Ana was very angry. Michael told Ana what happened to his son and she told him that "the others" kidnapped two kids that were with them too. Then as they were carrying Sawyer up a hill, Cindy dissapeared! She was taken by "the others". In flashbacks, Shannon was 18 when she learned that her father Adam died in a car crash with Jack's ex-wife Sarah. They had a funeral for him and Boone came back from college in New York for Shannon. Shannon was greatful that Boone was there and she was a nice and loving person. That all changed when Boone's mother Sabrina wouldn't give Shannon her inheritance money. Shannon then took off to Paris when Boone couldn't help her. Back on the island, Shannon was searching for Walt when it started raining. She triped and Sayid found her. Suddenly, Walt appeared and both Shannon and Sayid saw him. She went running after Walt and Sayid couldn't catch up. However, he heard a gunshot and went running. At first she seemed alright when he found her, but when she turned around she had been shot. She collapsed and died in Sayid's arms. Sayid looked up and saw Ana pointing a gun at him shocked, and Michael, Jin, Eko, Libby, and Bernard were horrified.

Episode 2.7 "The Other 48 Days"
An Island Episode

A beach is seen and all seems peaceful on the island. Suddenly a loud noise is heard and 2 parts of a plane go flying pass and the tail section crashes into the water. Ana was the first to come up for air in the ocean and swims back to the shore. Ana, Eko, Libby, Cindy, and others are helping rescuing people and bringing them to the shore. Eko sees a little boy named Zack and his siter Emma is in the water. He gets the little girl and she's not breathing. Ana gives Emma CPR and she comes back. She asks where their parents are and Emma says that they were comming home to their mom in LA and were on the plane by themselves. Not having a doctor, Libby fills in from having some medical training and being a therapist. However, a lot of the tail section people have died. Two other survivors survivors are introduced; Nathan and Goodwin. Ana and Goodwin hear screaming and run into the jungle to see Bernard in the trees. They are able to get him down. Later that night, two of "the others" came! They tried to take some of them, including Eko, but he was able to kill them. Afterwards, he found a large staff and started to carve something in it. Eko also took a 40 day vow of silence for what he did. Ana tried her best to take care of Emma and Zack and worried why "the others" were comming after them. A couple of days later, "the others" came back and took nine people, including the children. However, Ana was able to kill an "other" girl and found a list on her. The list had all of the people they took names and what they were wearing. Ana figured that someone among them had to be working for "the others"! They suspected it was Nathan since he was acting suspicious and that is when they made the pit and put him in it. Nathan wouldn't talk to Ana and Goodwin went to get him out. However, Goodwin killed him and he was "the other's" spy! Later, Ana and her group found the other arrow hatch. Inside of this was a glass eye, a radio, and a Bible. Ana and Goodwin left to see if they could get a signal. However, when they were alone, Ana told him she knew he was an "other". She then asked him why they took the nine people and he said it was because they were "good". He also told her that the children were fine. However, she didn't believe him and they started to fight. Ana was able to kill Goodwin and that's the body Jin found. Ana went back to camp and told them what happened. A couple of days later, Bernard was messing around with the radio and heard Boone from when he was in the Nigerian plane! However, Ana turned it off saying that it was "the others" playing tricks with them. Later Ana broke down with having to deal with all of this and cried while Eko conforted her. He started talking again becuase his 40 day vow was over. Libby and Cindy were at the beach when they spoted Jin wash up on the shore. Ana made them tie Jin up, even though they figured he was on the plane. Then it showed them meeting Michael and Sawyer again up to when they walked through the jungle. While they had Sawyer on the strecher, Ana and the rest heard whispers and she fired her gun, accidently shooting Shannon.

Episode 2.8 "Collision"
An Ana Episode
Songs: Outside - Staind

Ana was still shocked that she shot Shannon. Sayid got very angry and tried to attack her, but Eko was able to stop him and Ana knocked him out. She made them tie Sayid up and when he woke she started to ask him who he was. Michael and Jin tried to explain to her that Sayid and Shannon were with them, but she wouldn't listen. Eko got angry with her and grabed Sawyer and carried him off to Jack. Michael also got angry and started to leave, but Ana said that they only way he could would be if he got her things from his camp. She wasn't going to leave the jungle. Soon after, Michael left and Bernard said he was going to leave to get back to Rose. Jin and Libby left with him, leaving Ana and Sayid alone. Elsewhere, Kate, Charlie, and Hurley were playing golf when Jack joined in. Jack told Kate that she wasn't that good, flirting with her, and she dared him to play her. They did and as they were looking for the golf balls they hit, Eko found them. Jack and Kate were shocked to see that he had Sawyer and they led him to the hatch. Jack started to treat Sawyer and Kate helped him. Kate was able to give him medication, and Eko and Locke met for the first time. Jack then asked Eko for answers but he wouldn't say but told Jack that he needed to calm down first. On the way to the hatch, Michael ran into Sun and she brought him to the hatch. When they got there, Michael went straight to Jack and told him what happened to Shannon and Sayid. Jack then went to get the guns, but Eko stopped him telling that Ana caused an accident. Jack recoginsed Ana's name and Kate wondered how he knew her. Eko then led Jack to where Ana was, without the guns. In flashbacks, Ana was a cop in LA and her mother was the police cheif. Ana had just come back from an absence after being shot 4 times and her boyfriend Danny had left her. When they got a suspect, Ana told them that it wasn't him. However, it was and she tracked him down to a bar. She followed him outside into an alley and told him that when he shot her she was pregnant and her baby died. Then she pulled her gun and killed him. Back on the island, Ana told Sayid what had happened to her as a cop. They realized that they have a lot in common and that Shannon's death was an accident. Ana cut him free and asked him to hurt her. Sayid wouldn't do it and went to get Shannon's body. At the beach, Charlie was playing his guitar and he turned around and saw Jin, Bernard, and Libby! They whole group went to see them and Bernard reunited with Rose, as Jin suprised Sun and kissed her, and Michael found Vincent. Then, as Jack and Eko were walking they passed Sayid carring Shannon's body and Jack saw Ana again.

Episode 2.9 "What Kate Did"
A Kate Episode
Songs: The End of the World - Skeeter Davis; Walkin' After Midnight - Patsy Cline

Kate was picking apples and started to walk back towards the hatch. Suddenly, she saw a black horse! It really scared her and she ran back to the hatch. Jack was watching over Sawyer and he mumbled "I love her". Kate came and she told Jack that she would take over while he went to Shannon's funeral. He did and everyone was there including Eko, Bernard, and Libby. However, Ana wouldn't come. Sayid started the funeral and started crying. He said that he would have never met her if it wasn't for the plane crash and said that he loved her. Everyone was in tears and Jack started the procession line. Back in the hatch, Kate heard Sawyer start to talk. She got closer and he yelled "Why did you kill me?" and he started to choke her. When Jack and Locke got back in the hatch, the alarm was going off and Kate was no where to be found. Locke punched the numbers in as Eko, Sun, and Michael came in. Jack then left to look for Kate. Meanwhile, Kate ran into Charlie and asked if he had seen a black horse. He told her no but believed that she saw it. Later, Jack found Charlie and he told him that Kate was just with him. Finally Jack caught up with her and she told him she's sorry for what she did to Sawyer. She got angry and told him that she would never be good enough for him and Jack got worried. She started to walk away, but Jack caught her arm and pulled her into a hug. She started crying and told him that the island was making her crazy and making her see things. He said that she's not crazy and that everything would be alright. Kate looked up at him and started to kiss him, and he kissed her back. After they pulled apart, they realized their feelings for each other and stared at each other for a little while. However, Kate got scared and ran off leaving Jack more confused. Kate then went to visit Shannon's grave and talked with Sayid. She asked about seeing things in the jungle and he told her about him and Shannon seeing Walt. Kate started to believe that the horse was real. She then went back to the hatch to check up on Sawyer. Meanwhile, Locke showed Eko and Michael the film in the hatch and Jin got his handcuff finally cut off. Michael then started to investigate the computer. After watching the film, he realised something. He talked to Locke and told him the story of Josiah in the Bible and that his worker found the Old Testament and everyone believed in God again. Eko then showed Locke the Bible he found in the arrow hatch and inside was the missing film. Eko and Locke worked together on the film and played it. The scientist said that no one could use the computer for anything else but typing the numbers in. In flashbacks, Kate's crime was finally revealed. She had killed her abusive step-father Wayne for abusing her and her mother. However, when Diane found out what Kate had done she turned her in. Kate was caught by the marshall, but was able to escape when they almost hit a black horse! Kate then met her father Sam, a Army recruiter, and told him that she found out that he wasn't her biological father, but Wayne was. That's why she killed him. Before she left, Sam told her that he still loved her as his daughter and prayed that she would stay safe while on the run. When Kate got back to the hatch, Sun was watching over Sawyer. She asked Sun if Jack was back, but he wasn't. Kate told Sun to leave and that she would watch Sawyer. She did, and Sawyer started talking to Kate again. However, Kate called him Wayne and told him that she killed him because she hated the fact that she was his daughter and he did hurt her. She also told him that she was too scared of the feelings she had for Sawyer, cuz he was too much like Wayne. However, Sawyer woke up and asked who Wayne was. Sawyer thought they were rescued, but Kate led him out of the hatch into the jungle. Elsewhere, Jack went up to Ana and asked why all women are crazy. Back in the jungle, Kate saw the black horse again, but this time Sawyer saw it too! Kate walked over to it and it let her pet it. It symbolized her freedom. Back in the hatch, Michael saw a message come up on the computer. It said "Hello?" Michael then typed hello again and a new message said "Who is this?" He then typed "This is Michael. Who is this?" Then the next message shocked him. It said "DAD?"

Episode 2.10 "The 23rd Psalm"
An Eko Episode

Eko was carving Bible scripture in his staff, when Claire came over with Aaron to talk. Claire wanted to get to know him and talk. Eko asked what her baby's name was and she said Aaron. Eko and Claire then started talking about Moses and his brother Aaron. Claire said it must have been hard on Aaron to live in Moses' shadow, but Eko told her that Moses was a bad public speaker and that Aaron would talk for him. He told Claire that Aaron was a good man and it was a great name for her baby. Claire then told him that Charlie was carying around a Virgin Mary statue, and Eko demanded that he show her the statue. Claire gave it to him and he broke it revealing the herion! Meanwhile, Charlie was on the beach singing a Kinks song and fishing with Jin, when Eko came for him. He asked Charlie to show him where he got the drugs. After arguing, Charlie agreed but went to tell Claire that they were leaving. When he met her, she was so angry. Claire told him that she remembered him saying he was a drug addict and that he lied to her. Now she doesn't know if she can trust him. Eko and Charlie went into the jungle and he showed Eko where he got the drugs, but Charlie was tricking him. Eko got angry and grabed Charlie by the throat and demanded that he take him to the plane. Charlie agreed and they started walking again. As they were walking, black smoke passed them. It went away and Charlie couldn't figure out where they were. Eko had him climb a tree to get a better look, when suddenly the monster came charging towards Eko! Eko stood still and the monster stoped to look at him as it did with Locke. This time the monster was shown and it was a black smoke and it moved like a snake. There was white flashes in it and the flashes were actually images of Eko's life. The monster was reading his memory. When it saw the cross, the monster turned and dissapeared. Charlie came down the tree and was freaked out by finally seeing the monster. Eko was still calm and made Charlie help him find the plane. In the hatch, Michael was asking Locke diffent questions and figured out that he was changing the gun case's lock combination. He had Locke teach him how to shoot and told Hurley and Kate that he would take their shift in the hatch. Michael was really talking to Walt again on the computer and Jack almost caught him, but he was able to turn the computer off. At the beach, Kate gave Sawyer a hair cut and told him that everyone was glad that he was back. Sawyer didn't believe it at first, but Hurley and Michael convinced him. Then, Jack came over and gave Sawyer some medicene. Jack seemed jealous at first, but Kate was happy to see him and this made him happy to see her too. In flashbacks, Eko and his brother were from Nigera and when they were little they were both very religious and Eko wanted to be a priest. That changed when the drug lords came and tried to kidnap Eko's brother. He steped in and made them take him instead and they forced him to kill a priest and he gave his brother his cross necklace. Years later, Eko was a drug lord himself and got a huge shipment of herion to transport to the United States. He asked his brother, who was now a priest, if he and his partners could become priests and use the church's plane to get the drugs out. At first his brother didn't want to do that and told him that God would never forgive him for what he had done to people. However, he changed his mind when Eko's partners threatened to burn down the church. Dressed as priests, they loaded up the plane with the Virgin Mary statues, but the military was comming for them. Eko's brother came and tried to stop them, but he was shot. Eko's partner got on the plane and carried his brother on it, but wouldn't allow Eko to board. The plane took off leaving Eko behind and he decided there to become a priest he was destined to be. Back on the island, Charlie and Eko reached the plane, and Eko found his brother's body and his cross necklace. He and Charlie burned the plane and they both said aloud Psalm 23. Back at the beach, Jin and Sun had dinner with Ana, as Hurley helped Libby with her tent. Charlie went back to see Claire, but she had all of his stuff waiting outside of their tent. Claire told him that she didn't want him around her baby and kicked him out. Aaron started to cry but Charlie was sad that he couldn't do anything. Later that night, Charlie went in the jungle and put another statue in his stash!

Episode 2.11 "The Hunting Party"
A Jack Episode

Jack woke up after having a dream about his past. He went to look for Locke, but couldn't find him. He went to the gun case and saw Locke knocked out on the floor, and when he turned around, Michael was holding a gun to him. Jack tried to calm him down but Michael told him that he was going to get Walt back. He then locked Jack and Locke in the gun case! Locke woke up and they tried to find a way out, but the vents were shut off. Locke worried about the computer but Jack said that Sawyer would be comming down soon for medicene. At the beach, Sawyer was asleep and Kate woke him to tell him to get his bandages changed and that she was going with him. When they got there, Jack started screaming for Kate to help. Sawyer opened the case as Kate punched in the numbers. They asked who did this and Jack told them that it was Michael. Jack then grabed some guns, as did Locke and Sawyer and they went to go find him. Kate started to come, but Jack told her no. Kate said she was comming anyway, and Jack demanded that she stay. She was shocked he was talking to her like that, but he was just trying to keep her safe. Sawyer noticed something was going on and agreed with Jack. As they were walking, Sawyer asked Jack why he wouldn't allow Kate to come and Jack said "It's because you love her isn't it?" Sawyer was shocked and said her never said that. Locke broke in a asked where Ana's camp came from. Sawyer pointed towards the east and Locke said Michael was going to the north towards "the others"! Locke asked Jack why he was going after Michael and he said that he had to get him back and that it wasn't safe. Jack said it was his responisablity and Locke told him that he can't control everything. Later, Locke asked Sawyer where he got his nickname. Sawyer was confused and Locke said he saw from the manifest that his name was James. Sawyer wouldn't tell him where he got his name, but after that Locke kept calling him James. Later that night, Locke was wanting to leave ad go back to camp, but Jack wouldn't. They started arguing when someone else spoke. They said "Jack, you better listen to Mr. Locke!" Then Jack, Locke, and Sawyer drew their guns. Elsewhere, Kate told Hurley what happened to Michael and Sun and Jin asked what was going on. Hurley told them as Sun spoke in Korean to Jin. Jin then wanted to leave and help, but Sun wouldn't allow it. She told him that he used to tell her what to do, now he had to listen to her. In the hatch, Charlie and Hurley were listen to records and Hurley admitted that he has a crush on Libby. Charlie also asked Hurley if Claire will talk to him again. Hurley said maybe but it had been 3 days. Sayid then joined them and he looked depressed from Shannon's death. He asked where Jack was and Hurley said he went with Locke, Sawyer, and Kate to find Michael! In flashbacks, Jack was asked by an Italian woman named Gaberiella to heal her father who had a tumor on his spine. She wanted Jack to do the surgery after learning that he healed his wife. Jack agreed and the surgery was risky. Jack was comming home late and Sarah told him that she took a pregnacy test, but it was negative. At the hospital Jack promised Gaberiella that he would fix her father and Christian caught the two of them talking in Jack's office. After she left, Christian warned Jack about cheating, and Jack told him that he should know since he had an affiar behind his mother's back. Jack then performed the surgery, but the man died. He met Gaberiella outside and told her that he was so sorry. She started crying and told him that is was ok and he kissed her. However, he soon stoped it and rushed home. When he got there he told Sarah what had happened and asked for her forgivness. Sarah then told him that she was leaving him and wanted a divorce. Jack was confused and Sarah told him that she was cheating on him. Back on the island, Sawyer fired a shot at the lead "other", who he nicknamed Zeke, but the bullet came back! Zeke said that they were not going to come after Michael, but he wanted to talk to Jack. He told Jack "This is OUR island, not yours and WE are letting you live on it." Jack told him that he knew they sent Ethan as a spy and that it was 3 against 1. However Zeke said "Everyone light up!" and a ring formed around Jack, Locke, and Sawyer. He then said that there was a line to cross. If Jack crossed it, they would be in a lot of trouble. Zeke said to lower the weapons, but Jack wouldn't. Then he said "Alex, bring her out!" Someone pushed a girl to Zeke and he took off her hood and it was Kate! Zeke looked right at Jack, pointed the gun at Kate's head, and said "If you don't drop your guns, I will kill her." Jack loved Kate so much that he dropped his weapons and made Locke and Sawyer drop theirs too. Zeke pushed Kate towards them and grabed their guns. Then "the others" left. Sawyer untied Kate and she wanted to go to Jack but he just asked if she was alright and she told him yes. The next morning, Kate asked Jack why he wasn't talking to her and he said it was because she came anyway and almost got hurt. Kate told him that she was sorry and Jack told her he was sorry too. When the got back to camp, Kate tried to talk to Jack again, but he wouldn't and he left her with Sawyer. Sawyer saw how hurt she was by Jack. Locke went to check on Claire and Aaron and Charlie watched from a distance. Jin told Sun he was sorry for wanting to go but she didn't have to yell at him. Sun then said that she had to put up with his yelling for 4 years. They both made up and stared off in the ocean. Jack then met Ana and asked if she was a cop. She told him she was and asked why. Jack then asked "How do you feel about training an Army?"

Episode 2.12 "Fire + Water"
A Charlie Episode

When Charlie was 8, he came down the stairs Christmas morning. The first thing he saw was a painting of Jesus being baptized. Liam was opening his presents, but Charlie couldn't find his. His mother Megan showed him a really big present. It was a piano. Charlie started to play a song and Megan said that he was "special" and would save the family. Charlie looked back and Liam was now his normal age and he was too. Charlie also saw his dad cutting meat with a butcher's knife and it turned into baby dolls. Then as Charlie played a song, his house turned into the island and he heard Aaron crying from inside the piano. He tried to open it but couldn't. Charlie woke up and went to check on Claire and Aaron. He asked Sun where they were and she said they were fine. He found Claire holding Aaron and talking to Locke. Later, Charlie did get to talk to Claire and he asked how the baby was. She said he was fine, but she needed some space from him. Charlie understood and that night he had another strange dream. He was playing his guitar and heard Aaron cry again. He saw his crib in he ocean and he swam out to get him. When he got Aaron, he saw Claire and his mom Megan dressed as angels saying that he had to "save the baby. He's in danger". Then a white dove flew by and Hurley came towards him dressed as Jesus. Charlie woke up and saw that he really was holding Aaron by the ocean! Claire starting screaming that she couldn't find Aaron and Hurley said that Charlie had him. She asked why he had the baby and he told her he didn't know. Claire slapped him and took Aaron back. The next day, Charlie asked Locke if Claire was ok. He told him it would be a long time before she would trust him again. Then Locke asked if he was using the drugs again. Charlie wouldn't say and Locke got angry. Later, Charlie asked Eko what his dream meant, and Eko said that Aaron had to be baptized. Charlie ran towards Claire to tell her but Kate tried to stop him. He was able to tell her that Aaron was in danger and that he needed to be baptized. In flashbacks, Charlie tried to get Liam off the herion. His wife Karen had just had a baby, Megan, and Liam needed to be sober. Charlie was able to get Liam to be clean, but Liam sold his piano for money to move to Australia with Karen and Megan. This left Charlie alone and feeling abandoned by his brother. Back on the island, Kate was helping Sawyer do his excersies when they spotted Jack and Ana walking together. Kate started to get really jealous. Then Sawyer figured out that Hurley had a crush on Libby and helped him get to talk to her. Hurley and Libby went to the hatch to do laundry and they became closer and he told her that she looked familiar. Meanwhile, Jack helped Ana make a tent and she asked if he and Kate were together. He said no, but she noticed that something was going on with them. She then asked what happened with "the others" and he told her that Kate had a gun pointed at here head and they threatened to kill her. Later, Charlie decided to make Claire belive him and he went to his drug stash. Locke followed him and he took the drugs away. He thought that he was using, but Charlie said he was going to destroy the drugs. Locke didn't believe him and said he might not be able to trust him again. Claire asked Locke if she could move to the caves, but he said that the baby would hear the timer every 4 hours. He then told her that he would stay at the beach with her. That night, Charlie took action and started a fire. While everyone was distracted, he took Aaron. However, Claire caught him. She asked what he was doing and he said he was baptizing Aaron. Everyone else saw this and Eko told him that this was not the way to do it. Claire was crying as Charlie gave Aaron back to her. Then Locke beat up Charlie really bad. Charlie was outcasted by everyone. The next morning, Jack came to check on Charlie and give him stitches. He asked Charlie to promise not to do anything like this again and he told Jack he wouldn't. Meanwhile, Locke locked the statues up in the gun case, and Claire asked Eko what baptism is. He told her that it was a way of showing your faith in God and that all of your sins would be washed away. Claire then asked if her and Aaron would be baptized so they would always be together. He agreed and baptized them both.

Episode 2.13 "The Long Con"

Jack and Locke were putting away the guns in the gun case in the hatch, and Locke showed him that he took the herion from Charlie. He told Jack that it could be used for medical purposes. Jack then asked him for the combination and Locke gave it to him. He then suggested to Jack that he put all the medicene in the hatch. Meanwhile, Sawyer came back from a swim and found Charlie putting up a new tent. Sawyer made joked about how he was kicked out by Claire, but Charlie said he should be more worried about Jack going through his things. He went to check it out and Jack was taking the medication. Having become angry, he asked why Jack was doing this and he said that all the medicene belonged to the group. Sawyer threatened Jack and was about to fight him, but he let him leave. Later, Kate walked over to Sawyer's tent and they talked for awhile. He told her about Jack not wanting him to join the army, and Kate was shocked. Sawyer realized that Kate and Jack weren't speaking anymore and Kate was hurt by Jack not telling her. Elsewhere, Ana met up with Jack and asked if he got the combination from Locke. Jack said that he got it, but he wouldn't tell her. She then said it was weird that they seemed like the weren't threatened by "the others". Meanwhile, Sun was tending to her garden when she heard noises. However, Vincent came over and she felt safe. Suddenly, it started raining and someone put a hood over her head! They tied her up and draged her off. Sawyer and Kate heard someone screaming and ran to see what happened. They found Sun hurt and passed out, so they brought her to Jack. Jack asked what happened and Sawyer started to explain, but Kate cut him off. She told him how they found her when Jin ran over. Jack promised him that Sun would be alright. However, Ana then annouced "The Others are back!" Later, Jack, Kate, Sawyer, Ana, and Locke had a meeting to figure out what to do. Jack suggested to get the guns, but Locke said that they didn't want another accident like when Shannon shot him. They all decided to not get the guns, but to be extra careful. After the rest left, Kate told Sawyer that it was simmilar to how "the others" kidnapped her. However, Sawyer told her that the hood was too new of a fabric for "the others" to have and it had to be someone from their camp who did it! He told her that Ana seemed real quick to judge what happened and that she might have staged it to make everyone scared to join the army. Kate started to believe him. Jack left Jin to watch over Sun as he got more water. As he did, Kate met him and akwardly asked if Sun was ok. He told her that she seemed ok, but she hadn't woken up yet. Then Kate asked him how long he's known Ana. Jack told her that he only met her right before the plane crash, and Kate told him that she suspected Ana might be behind it. At first Jack didn't believe it, but Kate explained it to him the way Sawyer did to her and it made sense to him. Jack then went to Ana and asked where she was during Sun's kidnapping, and she said she was at a lot of places. However, she caught on that Jack thought she had something to do with it. However, Claire came over with Aaron and told Jack that Sun was awake. Jack then asked Sun what happened, and she said that someone tried to take her, but she couldn't tell who it was and they gave up. As they were talking, Sawyer and Kate were watching and he mentioned to her that it seemed like Ana was really intrested in what was going on. That's when Ana glared meanly at Kate and Kate started to worry. Kate told Sawyer that Jack and Ana were going to get the guns and that he had to warn Locke. Sawyer went and told Locke that Jack was comming. Locke decided to move the guns, instead of changing the combination, and left Sawyer at the computer. When Jack and Jin came for the guns, they met Sawyer and asked where Locke was. He said he didn't know and Jack opened the case to see that everything was gone. Jack got angry at Sawyer, but he said he had nothing to do with it and that Locke moved them. In flashbacks, Sawyer was going to con his girlfriend Cassidy, but she figured it out and wanted Sawyer to teach her. He did and they formed a really close relationship and he fell in love with her. They decided to pull a "long con" on someone in Iowa, but one of Sawyer's partners, Gordy, was after them. Sawyer got Cassidy to leave before Gordy could kill them, but it turned out that Sawyer was pulling a "long con" on Cassidy and it broke his heart to let her go. Back on the island, Sayid was still greaving over Shannon and Hurley tried to help by giving him Bernard's radio to fix. Sayid didn't want to do it at first, but he later did. He joined Hurley at the beach and they set it up with a bigger bandwith. Hurley then showed Sayid a mystery novel he found that was written by someone who was on the plane with them who died in the crash. As Sayid turned on the radio, they picked up a radio station! It was playing 40's music. Sayid said that it was probably just radio waves bouncing around, and Hurley joked that it was from another time. Later, Jack confronted Locke about where the guns were and Locke told him he moved them for their own saftey. They then heard gun shots in the distance and everyone looked to see who did it. Sawyer came walking up with a rifle and explained that he pulled a "long con" on everyone! He was behind Sun's kidnapping, and knew that Jack, Kate, Locke, and Ana would all react the way they did. He said that this was to get back at them all for taking his things while they were gone and that he's now in charge of the guns and medicene and if they wanted them, they had to deal with him. He then said "There's a new sheriff in town, and everyone best get used to it!" Jack and Locke were angry with him, and Kate felt betrayed. Kate confronted him on why he did this and he said that she was an easy target. She told him that she couldn't trust him anymore and he said he's just doing what he does best. She runs and he cons and they would never change. After Kate left, Charlie came up to Sawyer. He asked if Sun was ok! Sawyer said she was fine and then Charlie asked him if he would every tell what he did. Sawyer then promised him that he wouldn't tell anyone. He then asked Charlie if he wanted his drugs back, but Charlie refused and left Sawyer alone.

Episode 2.14 "One of Them"
A Sayid Episode

Sayid was washing his face when Ana ran up to him looking for Jack. She told Sayid to follow her and it was urgent. He did and she showed him someone walking in the jungle. Sayid told Ana to leave and not tell anyone what she saw. She did and Sayid came closer and it was Danielle! He asked her what she was doing and she said she was looking for him. She had to show him something. He didn't trust her at first and she gave him her gun. Danielle led the way and showed him someone traped in a net! The guy called for Sayid to help, but Danielle said he was one of "the others". Sayid didn't believe her at first and cut him down. However, Danielle shot the man with an arrow! She told Sayid that he needed to interogate him and that Jack needed to fix his wound. Sayid listen and brought the man to the hatch. He woke Locke up and showed him the man. Locke agreed with Danielle and said that he could be an "other". However, Jack came and saw what was going on. Sayid told him what Danielle said and did and Jack got real angry. He started to treat the wound and Sayid and Locke talked in private. Sayid said he was going to question him, but Locke said he would just be taking him anger out for Shannon dying. However, he convinced Locke to change the gun case's combination. Sayid then told Jack that they needed to put the man in the gun case so no one would see him. After the arrow was out, Jack and Sayid moved him in the gun case, but as soon as Jack was out, Locke slammed the door shut leaving Sayid and the man in there! Jack went to open it but saw that it was locked. In flashbacks, Sayid was captured by the American's during the Pursian Gulf War and was asked to translate for his officer. Sayid did, but the man wouldn't give up where they had an American pilot. Sayid was then asked by Inman, a US officer, to torture him until he gave the information. Sayid didn't want to, but he did and found that the pilot was killed and where his body was. Later, in a Army truck, Sayid was asked by a solider if he had any family. Sayid said no, and they man looked at a picture of a young Kate. It was her father Sam. Inman then got Sayid and let him go. They told him the US was leaving and gave him some money to get back to Bagdad. It was then that Sayid was made a torture by the Iraqis. Back on the island, Sawyer was hearing weird noises from the jungle. He went to see what it was and found Hurley and his secret stash of food! He told Sawyer that he was so hungry and asked him not to tell. He said he wouldn't if he would help him find that noise. Hurley said it was a tree frog and helped Sawyer find it. Hurley tried to caputre it but it jumped right into Sawyer's hands. Hurley said they should let it free, but Sawyer smiled as he killed it! Hurley was really grossed out by that. Back in the hatch, Jack got really angry with Locke for allowing Sayid to do this after what he did to Sawyer. He tacked Locke and pined him against the wall! He yelled at Locke to open the gun case, but he wouldn't do it! Meanwhile, Sayid started to ask the man questions. The man said his name was Henry Gale and he was from Minnesota. He said that he and his wife Jennifer crashed on the north side of the island and were in a balloon. Henry also said that his wife died after getting sick on the island. Sayid then asked where he burried her, but it didn't match up to his story. Sayid said if he was telling the truth he would know exactly where and how big the grave was. He started to beat Henry and was taking out his anger on him because he could hurt Ana for killing Shannon. Jack heard what was going on and get even more angrier. He still had Locke pinned when the timer alarm went off. Locke begged him to punch the numbers in, but Jack said "Let's just see what happens when it goes to 0!" He told Locke that the only way he was letting him go was if he would open the gun case first. Locke agreed and opened the gun case and Jack stoped Sayid. However, the timer went down and Locke tried to punch the numbers in. It hit 0 and Egyptian hyroglyphics came up. Only 5 came up and before the last one, Locke typed the numbers in and it reset to 108. However, the 5 glyphs translated to "...cause to die". Sayid calmed down and told Jack and Locke that Henry is an "other" and they locked him up in the hatch. Later at the beach, Sayid was sitting with Charlie. He told Charlie about Henry and said that it seemed like no one was scared about it. Charlie asked why he was telling him this and Sayid said "Don't you remember what they did to you and Claire?"

Episode 2.15 "Maternity Leave"

Claire was trying to calm Aaron down and went to Locke for help. She told him to get Jack because Aaron had a fever and a rash. Locke did and woke Jack up. He explained what was wrong with Aaron and that Jack needed to leave before Claire came here. Jack left and Locke took over his shift. Meanwhile, Claire heard someone comming and thought it was Jack, but it was Danielle! Claire told her to stay away, but Danielle said they baby was infected! She asked what she ment and Danielle said "You don't remember, do you?" Claire then had a flash of a needle going in her stomach when Kate ran over and told Danille to leave and that she wasn't welcome there. She did, but Claire was still shaken up. Jack came and checked Aaron out and said that he probably just had a virus. Still worried, Claire asked if he was infected. Jack didn't know what she ment and Kate explained that Danielle had come and told her that Aaron had the sickness. Jack the promised Claire that Aaron was fine and she shouldn't trust Danielle since she is crazy. Claire felt better and after Jack left, Kate told her that she could trust Jack since he was usually right. The next morning, Kate followed Claire and Aaron to Libby, Hurley, and Vincent. Claire asked if Libby was a shrink and she told her that she kind of was, and then Claire asked if she could help her remember what happened when she was kidnapped. She said that the last thing she remembered was that Ethan came up to her and Charlie in the jungle and took them, but two weeks were missing. Libby and Kate worried about doing hypnosis, but Claire wanted to. She gave Kate Aaron, and Libby put her under hypnosis. Then she had a memory come back. She was in a doctors office and she was having an ultrahould done and an injection for the baby. However, the doctor was Ethan! Claire started screaming and told Libby and Kate that Ethan was injecting her with something. Libby said she probably had memories mixed together, but Claire said that it was real. She said she was going to find the place she was held and told Kate to go with her. Kate agreed and went to Sawyer for a gun. She didn't have time to mess around with him and demaned a gun. When he asked her why, she said that Aaron was sick and they were going to find Danielle. Sawyer said that he had medicene, but Kate told him that he could have "the sickness". Worried, he then asked if she wanted a 9mm or a shotgun. Claire then went to Sun and asked her to watch Aaron. Sun said that "mothers shouldn't leave their children" and Claire asked if she had any children. Sun had a weird reaction to the question, but agreed to watch Aaron. As Claire and Kate left, she had another memory flash. Ethan gave her another shot, but it wasn't for the baby, it drugged her. He told Claire he had a suprise for her and led her down a hallway. They stoped at a door and when he opened it, it was a baby's room for her son. It had a crib, a bed, and rocking chair, changing table, toys, and an Oceanic Airplane mobile just like the one Claire saw in her dreams. She turned on the mobile and it started to play "Catch a Falling Star", the song her father sang to her as a little girl. She asked where Charlie was and Ethan said that he was fine and was back with Jack. There was a knock at the door and Ethan got it. It was Zeke/the lead other and they had normal clothes on. However, he didn't have a beard and he told Ethan that he wasn't supposed to bring Claire in yet. He was supposed to make a list of the good ones and then take them. Zeke told Ethan that "HE" would be very angry with what he did. Claire saw Zeke and he closed the door on her. Back on the island, Kate asked Claire why she needed to find out what happened and Claire said that she thinks the shots could cure Aaron. Suddenly, they found Danielle and Claire told her that she was going to take her to the place where she was held. Danielle led them to where Claire had scratched her, but Claire wanted to go where she was held. She told Claire that she found her and had nothing to do with her being kidnapped, but Claire didn't believe her. Claire walked off and Kate held up a gun to force Danielle to help, but she wanted Kate to kill her. Kate wouldn't do it and ran after Claire. Claire spotted a log and had another memory flash. Her and Ethan were walking in the jungle and stoped to rest on a log. He promised her that they were going to take good care of her baby and that his group were a really good family. Ethan also said that after she has the baby, she would go back to Jack and Charlie. Claire asked if she could vist her baby and Ethan told her that they could arrange something. He gave her some water, but she found it sour where he couldn't taste it. Meanwhile in the hatch, Jack and Locke were trying to hide Henry when Eko came down. Jack and Locke started to argue about what to do with him, but Eko was able to figure out about Henry. He blackmailed Jack into letting him talk to Henry and he wouldn't tell anyone else. When Eko met Henry, he told him that he had killed two of "the others" and hated the fact that he sinned. He used Henry for confession and asked for his forgiveness. He then cut off his beard as an offering to God for realsing his sins. Eko left and Henry was confused. Later, Henry asked Locke about the book he gave him to read and if Locke was the genius or was living in the shadow of one. Locke was confused, but Henry said he was talking about Jack. Locke told him that they wer equal partners, but Henry said it looked like Jack was calling that shots and playing Locke for a fool. This made Locke angry and he started to throw dishes. Back in the jungle, Claire started pulling at some vines. Kate helped and they found a new hatch with a medical Dharma logo on it. Claire, Kate, and Danielle went inside. They found flashlights, but Kate was able to find the fuse box and turn on the power. Claire and Danielle went into what was Aaron's room and everything was gone, but there was still imprints on the walls of the animal decorations, boxes, the rocking chair, and a booty Claire made for Aaron. Meanwhile, Kate found a locker room and opened one. It was Zeke's and it had tattered costume clothes and his fake beard with glue. After finding the booty, Claire had another memory flash. She was awoken by a teenage girl in nurses scrubs. She told Claire that she had to leave and that "the others" were going to perform a c-section on her. They were going to take her baby and kill her! Claire didn't believe her, but she showed her the doctors getting ready and made Claire pass out and draged her out of there. In the new hatch, Claire showed Kate and Danielle where they were going to do the operation and found the medicene cabinet turned over. Kate and her lifted it, but the medicene was gone! Angry, Claire asked Danielle where it was, but she had never been there before. This caused Claire to have another memory flash and she woke up in the jungle to see Danielle commming. She heard Ethan and "the others" comming for her and she screamed for them to help, but Danielle grabed her as she was scratching her, and knocked her out. Back in the present, Claire told Danielle that she remembered that she was helping her get away from "the others". She thanked Danielle for saving her and Aaron's lives, but Danielle was hoping to find Alex. As the were walking back, Claire asked Danielle if Alex was a boy or girl. She said it was short for Alexandra, and Claire told her about the girl who helped her escape. She said she had blue eyes just like Danielle's. Danielle was overjoyed and thanked Claire for telling her this. She had hope she would find her daughter and left. The next morning, Jack was checking on Aaron and Claire and she told him what happened at the new hatch. Aaron's fever had broken and the rash was going away. Claire thanked Jack for helping and was so happy that the baby just had a normal virus. Claire told Jack she should trust him more often and Aaron smiled as the three of them bonded. After Jack left, Claire talked with Aaron. She gave him the booty she made and told him that she was sorry that she was going to give him up to "the others". She promised him that they would never be apart and that she loved him so much.

Sun was working in her garden when all of a sudden she heard noises and it started to scare her. However, it was only Jin. He was worried about her being there since ?the others? could come, but she wanted to be there. Jin started to get angry and he started pulling up plants and throwing them saying that she had to go back with him. Sun got scared and Jin stormed off. Later, Sun was walking back to the beach, but she wasn't feeling good. Rose and Bernard were arguing because he forgot her birthday, when they noticed Sun leaning against a tree. Rose asked her if she was ok since she looked sick, but Sun said it was just caused by her being in the sun to long. However, Rose and Bernard noticed something was wrong. Sun then went to Sawyer, who was reading "Are You There God, It's me Margaret", and asked if she could look through his medical stash. He asked why, but Sun said she wasn't going to tell. Sawyer then told her that if she didn't tell, she wasn't going to get what she wanted. Sun got angry and left, but Sawyer called after her and asked that she tell him why. Sun then told him that she needed a pregnancy test and Sawyer was stunned. They found one and she went through the jungle to take it, but she ran into Hurley. She hid it, and Hurley was scared because he had a candy bar. He told her that he found it in the jungle and was going to eat it and Sun said that she was just walking to the beach. So, Hurley ran off hoping that she didn't know about his food stash. Later, Sun and Kate were waiting for the results and Sun asked her if she ever took one before. Kate said that she did and had a smile on her face. Kate and Sun talked to calm her nerves down and then it was time to check it. Sun looked and showed Kate and it was positive. Sun asked her if they were 100% sure and Kate told her that there one only one other way to find out. So, they went to Jack and he told Sun that she was pregnant. Jack and Kate told her congrats, but Sun said that it couldn't be possible. Not knowing what she meant, Jack said it was totally possible since they were on an island. Then Kate asked when she was going to tell Jin, but Sun said she was going to hold off. Jack told her it wasn't a good idea since the last secret she kept from him made Jin get angry. He told Sun to tell Jin "the whole truth". Then as Jack was leaving, Kate asked him why he had been down in the hatch for 3 days. Jack told her not to worry and that everything was fine. He then smiled at her and left. Kate then went to talk to Sun, but Sun was thinking about something else. Meanwhile, Ana was running the beach working out when she found Locke at her tent. She asked him what he was doing there and he asked about her being a cop. Ana was confused, but Locke told her about Henry and that maybe she could talk to him and try to get more answers. She asked if Jack knew about this and Locke told her no. Later, Jack came out of the shower to find Locke waiting for him. He asked what he was doing in the bathroom and Locke said that he was waiting for Ana to get done talking to Henry. Jack got angry with Locke for not telling him this and had to wait for her to come out. In the gun case, Ana started to talk with Henry. She told him about Nathan and how she mistook him for an "other" but she wasn't going to make the same mistake twice. She asked politely if he would draw a map to the balloon, but Henry said that if it turned out wrong they would kill him. However, Ana was able to convince him to make a map. She asked Locke to let her out, but Jack opened the door. She was surprised to see him there. After Ana left, she met Sayid and Charlie, who were building something. She asked to talk to Sayid about Henry, but Charlie already knew about it. Ana showed them the map and the 3 of them decided to go find this balloon. As they were traveling through the jungle, Ana noticed that Charlie had a gun. She asked him to give it to her since she thought he didn't know how to use one, and Charlie handed it to her, but he wouldn't let her take it and gave it to Sayid. Charlie told her that he didn't want her to have it and murder someone again. That night while Charlie was asleep, Ana started to talk to Sayid. She told him that if was hard for her to fit in with everyone and that she has been doing that most of her life. Ana then told him that she was so sorry for killing Shannon. Sayid told her that it wasn't her fault; it was "the others". He also said that if Henry is an "other" he was going to kill him! The next day, the 3 of them found the clearing where Henry said his balloon crashed. Sayid didn't see anything, but Ana made him promise that they would more closely for it.In flashbacks, Sun and Jin had been married for a year. They were trying to have a baby, hoping that it would help Jin from doing her father's dirty work. Jin started to think that something was wrong and they decided to go to a fertility doctor. When they got there, Dr. Kim said that Sun had endometriosis really bad and could probably never get pregnant. Jin got angry and upset and accused her of knowing this. Sun told him that she had no idea, but Jin starting throwing things and ran out of the doctor's office. During the same time, Sun was getting English lessons from her ex-boyfriend Jae. He was going to leave for America soon and wondered why she wanted these lessons. Sun said that she was going to go to America too and Jae figured out that she was going to leave Jin. A few days later, she was walking Poe Poe, her dog, and Dr. Kim stopped her. He told her that he was paid by her father to say that she couldn't have a baby. It was Jin who was infertile. Sun was shocked but Dr. Kim said he had to tell her the truth. Back on the island, Jin was fishing and noticed that Bernard needed help. However, Bernard said that he was going to try to get an oyster's peal as a present for Rose. Jin understood through signs and told him that the oysters weren't at this beach. Suddenly, Sawyer walked over and called Jin "DaddyO" and told Bernard that Sun and Jin were going to have a baby. However, Jin couldn't understand them and felt outcasted. Later, Jin started to replant the plants he threw and Sun found him. He told her that he was sorry for scaring her and that he wouldn't do that again. Sun then told him that she's pregnant. Jin was overjoyed and picked her up in a hug. However, Sun told him about what Dr. Kim had said and Jin was confused. Sun swore to him that she was with no one else and Jin believed her. He said that this was their miracle baby. Jin also realized that this was why Sawyer called him that nickname. They both started to replant the plants and Jin asked who else knew. Sun told her that Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and now Bernard knew, but Jin said that everyone else would probably find out before they came back. Jin started to leave and asked Sun to go with him, but she wanted to stay at her garden. Jin agreed and kissed her goodbye and said ?I love you? in English. After he left, Sun put her hands on her stomach to feel her baby. Back in the hatch, Jack checked on Henry and asked if he wanted breakfast. He let Henry come out and into the kitchen where Locke was eating cereal. Locke was surprised and Henry sat down. He seemed amazed at how the hatch has food and a computer and that Jack and Locke had no idea where it came from. As Henry was eating he asked about how Ana was off looking for his balloon and Jack was shocked. He asked Locke if he knew anything about it and Locke told him no. Henry then said that maybe the map he drew was wrong. Maybe it would lead Sayid, Ana, and Charlie to "the others"!!! Henry also said that maybe ?they? would use the 3 for a trade to get him back. Jack and Locke looked at each other and were shocked.

Locke and Jack were listening to what Henry was saying and Jack told Henry to draw another map. Henry said that he was just joking and that he wasn't with "the others". Jack decided to leave and see if the 3 were back, and he told Locke to put Henry back into the gun case. As Jack left, Locke grabbed Henry and threw him into the gun case believe that he could be an "other". Back in the jungle, Ana, Sayid, and Charlie were looking around and Charlie found a grave. Sayid noticed it wasn't raining there and when they looked up they saw the balloon. On the beach, Jack asked Hurley if he knew where Ana, Sayid, and Charlie were. Hurley said that they left the day before and weren't back. Jack seemed worried, but Hurley has no idea why and when he asked what for, Claire ran over with Aaron. She was afraid that something was wrong with him, since he was crying, and handed him over to Jack to see if anything was wrong. Jack checked him out and Aaron was fine. He told Claire that the baby was healthy and that she didn't have to worry. Claire felt a lot better and thanked him. Then Libby came over and asked Jack to look at where a sea urchin hit her arm. He told her that it didn't look infected and that she should put some Neosporin on it, but something caught his attention. Sawyer, Hurley, and Kate were playing poker. Back in the hatch, Locke was on the exercise bike and had a record going. All of a sudden, noises came from the speakers! He shut the record off and listened to the speaker. He changed the volume and a women?s voice was heard. Henry was wondering what was going on, but Locke told him to shut up so he could hear. All of a sudden the voice said "Lockdown in 10, 9, 8..." and the blast doors came down! Locke tried to stop them but couldn't! Back on the beach, Jack walked over to Hurley, Sawyer, and Kate paying poker and told Hurley not to call. He told him that Sawyer had the better hand and was going to take his food, since they were playing for fruit. Kate asked Jack if he knew what she had, and he told her that she was just playing for the fun of it. Then as Jack was leaving, Sawyer asked if he wanted to play, and he agreed. Back in the hatch, Locke tried to pry open the door, but it wouldn't move. Henry asked what happened and Locke told him that the blast doors came down and sealed them in there. Locke then went and opened the door for Henry and asked for his help. Henry told Locke that he could trust him. Back on the beach, the 4 were playing poker and it came down to Jack and Sawyer. Jack beat Sawyer with a pair of Kings and Sawyer got mad. Kate decided that she was out, and left the 3 of them to play. Back in the hatch, Henry helped Locke by getting another bar underneath it. As they lifted the next bar up, Henry got the toolbox and placed it underneath to make an opening. Locke decided to craw underneath, and placed his legs there. However, the doors started to fall and it pinned his legs, leaving his stuck there! Back on the beach, Jack was winning every hand, and Sawyer asked if there was something he wanted him to bet. Jack told him that he wanted the medicine back. He asked Jack where he learned how to play so good, and Jack said Thailand. Sawyer asked what he was doing there, but Jack wouldn't say. Sawyer also asked if that's where he got the tattoos, but he wouldn't answer that question either. Back in the hatch, Locke told Henry about the computer and told him that he had to enter the numbers. Henry seemed to remember the numbers really fast, and Locke told him to go to the computer through the air vents. Henry tried to get to the vent, but as he climbed up, he fell and was knocked out! The alarm started to go off, and Locke got worried. Back on the beach, Hurley looking through binoculars, Kate, Libby, and Claire were watching Jack and Sawyer playing poker. Sawyer was now using the medicine as bets, and Jack asked him if he knew what amoxicillin was, and Sawyer said that he had a bad experience in Florida, and had to have some. As they were playing, Jack said that he better bet carefully, since everyone was watching, if he wanted to win. They laid down their cards and Jack won again! Sawyer got angry and Jack won back the medicine. Sawyer then asked him why he didn't want the guns, and Jack said that "if I want the guns, I WILL get the guns". Then he left to go back to the hatch. In flashbacks, Locke was planning a picnic for him and Helen and he was going to propose to her. However, when she was looking through the paper, she saw that his father had died! They decided to go to the funeral, and they were the only 2 there. But, someone was watching them. Later, Locke was inspecting a house for Nadia when he noticed a silver car watching them. Locke went over to it and it was his dad! He took Locke to a bar and told him that he faked his own death to get away from these 2 guys after him. He pulled a con on them and they wanted him dead. Anthony got Locke to agree to help him and gave him a key to safe deposit box 1516, and it had a lot of money in it. Locke got it and when he went home, Helen was being talked to by the 2 guys after his dad. They asked Locke if Anthony was still alive, but Locke told them no. They looked through his bag to see if he had money in it, but it was gone. They left and Helen got scared. Later, Locke went to see his dad and gave him the money. He took it and gave Locke his share. As they were leaving, Helen walked in. She was so mad at Anthony and Locke and when Locke tried to propose, Helen left him. His father soon left after that too.Back in the hatch, Henry woke up and climbed through the air vent. However, the lights went out and black lights came on where Locke was! Locke looked up at the blast door and something was written on it! It was a map of the island and where all the Dharma Hatches are located! It also had Latin wording written. In the middle was a huge ?. Then, the normal lights came on, the alarm stopped, and the blast doors went up. Henry checked on Locke and helped him up and got him to sit down. Henry said that he put in the numbers and told Locke that he could trust him. Back in the jungle, Jack was walking back to the hatch and was joined by Kate. She asked if she could go to the hatch to get a shower, but Jack told her that one of the pipes was busted. But he offered to walk her back to the beach. She agreed and as they left, she saw something flashing. Her and Jack went after it, and found another balloon! However, this one had Dharma food on it! Then, Sayid, Ana, and Charlie found them and told them that they had something important to tell them! The 5 of them went to the hatch and Jack picked up Henry and pinned him to the wall! Locke was confused, but Sayid held up a gun to Henry. Sayid said that they found the grave and balloon, but they decided to dig up the grave. Ana said the body was a black guy and Sayid said that his ID said the name Henry Gale! Henry IS an "other"!

Episode 2.18 "Dave"
A Hurley Episode

Hurley and Libby were running the beach. They were doing exercises so Hurley could loose some weight. He told Libby that he didn't think he could loose any more, and when Libby asked why, he showed her his stash of food. Libby wasn't shocked but told him that if he wanted to feel better he had to get rid of the food. Then, Hurley and Libby tore into the food and threw it around like crazy. They got rid of it all and Hurley said that he felt great. He hugged Libby and she almost kissed him when Jin and Sun ran by them telling them that something was found! They went after them and everyone was good through the Dharma food that was just dropped. Charlie asked if anyone saw a plane that dropped it and Sawyer said that he did, but he didn't tell anyone. Not knowing what to do with the food, Charlie suggested that Hurley take charge again, but Hurley yelled at everyone saying he wouldn't do it again. They all decided to take their own shares, but Hurley saw someone! It was a bald guy in a bathrobe! Hurley chased after him and Libby got worried. As Hurley was chasing him, the guy ran off and left his slipper. Later, Hurley was back on the beach looking at the slipper and Libby joined him. She asked what was wrong, but Hurley wouldn't say. He hid the slipper from her, and Libby told him that he could trust her to tell her anything. Back in the hatch, Jack fixed up Locke's legs and Kate joined them to help him out. Locke could move his toes, but he couldn't walk with his right leg. Jack suggested that they get the wheelchair, but Locke yelled at them not too. Kate then said that there were crutches from the plane to use and Locke agreed. She left to go get them and Jack told Locke that he shouldn't have trusted "Henry", but Locke said that he helped them. Meanwhile in the gun case, "Henry" was tied up and Sayid and Ana were questioning him. Sayid asked how they found the really Henry and "Henry" said that they found him dead. However, Sayid showed him a $20 bill and the real Henry wrote a message to his wife Jennifer about being stranded on the island. "Henry" got scared and said that he wasn't the one who killed him. Sayid asked how many of "the Others" there were, but "Henry" wouldn't answer. Sayid then held up a gun and told him that he was going to count to 3. If he didn't get the answers he would kill him! "Henry" said that HE told them to kill the real Henry. Ana suggested that HE was Zeke/the bearded guy, but "Henry" said that Zeke was no one and not the leader. Sayid then started to count and got to 3, but Ana tackled him as he shot! He missed Henry and Jack ran in there to see what was going on. Locke was worried, but Jack took care of it. They all left, leaving "Henry" in there. Meanwhile, back at the beach, Eko was cutting down logs and building something. Charlie saw him and brought some more wood for him to use. He asked Eko what he was making, but he wouldn't tell. Eko asked if Charlie would help and he agreed. Back in the jungle, Hurley went to a remote spot and got some Dharma Goldfish crackers out and started eating! That's when the bald guy came back and Hurley told him that he wasn't real. However, the guy threw coconuts at Hurley and it hurt him! The guy ran off again and Hurley chased him. However, he ran into Eko and Charlie and asked if they saw the bald guy with a bathrobe on. Charlie said no, but he saw a polar bear with roller-skates and a mango. Eko told Hurley no and he left. Hurley then went to Sawyer and asked for medication. Sawyer asked what it was for and Hurley said it was so he would calm down and not see things that were not there. Sawyer was interested in this and asked what Hurley was seeing. Hurley told him a bald guy in a bathrobe and Sawyer pointed behind him and said "that guy"! Hurley looked and no one was there. Sawyer said he was just joking, but Hurley got really mad. He charged Sawyer and tacked him and they started fighting! Jin and Sun saw this and they were laughing! Everyone was. Jin ran over and dragged Hurley off of Sawyer. Sawyer told him that he was crazy and Hurley said "Don't call me crazy!" Later, Kate found Sawyer and was laughing at how Hurley beat him up. However, Sawyer got angry and told Kate to leave, and she did. Then Libby joined Hurley and told him that whatever happened, she was on his side. However, Hurley didn't want to talk about it. He left and went into the jungle to the caves. He had stashed food in his backpack, and when he was walking, it fell open. The peanut butter jar broke and Hurley started to eat it. Then the bald head guy came back. In flashbacks, Hurley was in the mental hospital. He was put in there because he was at a party and 23 people were on a deck and really only 8 could fit. When he went out there it collapsed and 2 people died. Hurley felt responsible and went into a catatonic state. His mom was worried and put him in there. He talked about this to Dr. Brooks and he said that it was also because of him being overweight. Hurley kept talking about Dave (the bald headed guy) and he was one of his friends in the hospital. They joked around a lot and Dave got Hurley to be more open and friendly with everyone, even Lenny who kept saying the numbers. He and Dave even plotted to break out of the hospital. One day Dr. Brooks took pictures of the patients and took one of Hurley with Dave. However, the next day he showed Hurley the picture and Dave wasn't there! He was a figment of his mind. That night, Hurley was awoken by Dave, and Hurley told him that he wasn't real. However, Dave slapped him and it hurt Hurley every time. He told Hurley that the picture was Photoshopped. Hurley decided to bust out, and he and Dave went to the window and he let Dave out but wouldn't join him. He told him that he wasn't real and locked the doors on him. Back on the island, Dave wouldn't leave and told Hurley that he was really there. Dave said that when he let him out of the hospital, Hurley didn't have a breakthrough, he went back into his catatonic state. He told him that everything that happened to him with the lottery, his family, Johnny, the plane crash, the island, and the castaways were all figments of his mind and weren't real. Hurley started to believe him and Dave lead him to a huge cliff! He said that the only way to go back home was to jump off. Hurley didn't want to die, but Dave jumped off and went into the water! Back in the hatch, Locke was walking on the crutches and asked Ana were Jack was. She said that he went back to the beach to tell everyone about "Henry". Locke asked to go see "Henry" and Ana let him. Locke asked "Henry" what his real name was, but he wouldn't say. He said that he liked being called Henry. Locke then said that "the Others" were there for God's knows how long, but "Henry" said that "God don't know. He can't see this island, just like he can't see anywhere else." Locke was confused by his meaning. He then told Locke that he never pressed the button! The clock went down to 0, the hieroglyphics came up, and then there was a loud magnetic hum. But the clock reset it self to 0. Locke was really surprised! Back on the cliff, Libby found Hurley and was worried. He told her that she wasn't real and that he had to jump off to go home. Hurley also said that no girl like her would ever like someone like him. Libby then went over to him and told him that she was real, and asked him what happened to her on the other side of the island. Hurley had no idea and she told him that if it was all in his head, he would know what happened. Libby then reassured him that she was real, the island was real, and that her feelings for him were real! She then kissed him! Hurley was surprised and asked if she would do it again. They laughed and she brought Hurley off the cliff and they headed back toward the beach holding hands! Then Libby had a strange look on her face and another flashback happened. In this one someone was watching Dr. Brooks take that picture of Hurley. It was Libby! She was a brunette and a patient at the hospital too!

Rose and Bernard were sorting through the food supply. Bernard made a joke about turning the island into a kitchen, and Rose just kept working. Bernard said it seemed like no one wanted off the island. He said that they shouldn't stop trying to get rescued and he was going to do something about it. This got Rose worried. Back in the hatch, Locke was trying to draw the map of the Dharma stations, and Ana was keeping watch. Jack came by and told her that he was going to see "Henry". It had been 3 days and he still wasn't talking. Jack went in the gun case and tried to get "Henry" to talk. He wouldn't, and Jack changed his bandages. Jack told him that he was going to go back to see "the Others" and was going to make a trade, "Henry" for Walt. Then "Henry" finally talked and said "You won't get Walt back!" This left Jack shocked. Back at the beach, Rose was talking to Hurley and was giving him food. Hurley said that he was on a diet, but Rose said it was ok if he ate a little. Then Bernard came over and asked Hurley to help him. He said that he was going to round up him, Libby, Jin, Sun, Claire, Sawyer, and everyone else to help him. Rose was concerned, but let Bernard do it. Back in the hatch, Jack packed his things and told Ana he was going to find "the Others" again. Ana asked to go with him, but Jack told her to stay in the hatch. She gave him her gun, and he left. Back at the beach, Kate and Sawyer were digging for urchins and he was making fun of her. Sawyer spotted Jack and said "Here comes Dr. Giggles." Kate was happy to see him and Jack said that he was going to find "the Others". Sawyer said that he would get a gun and get ready, but Jack said no. He didn't ask Sawyer, he asked Kate! Kate was surprised and Sawyer got angry. Sawyer asked where he got the gun, but Jack said that he had his ways. Kate grabbed her things and left with Jack. Meanwhile, Bernard gathered everyone up and told them that they needed to build a big sign so the people dropping the food would see that they were stranded. Hurley said that they tried to leave before, but the raft exploded. Claire asked if Jack should know about this, but Bernard said "He's not our President! He's a doctor!" Which Rose then replied "You’re a dentist!" Bernard was confused and everyone thought it was funny. He took Rose aside and asked why she said that, and she said that he shouldn't be building the sign. That maybe some of them wanted to stay there.Later, Bernard found Charlie and Eko building. He asked if they wanted to help build the sign, but they both said that they were busy. Bernard asked what they were doing and they told him they were building a church! He got confused and said that they needed to leave not stay there. Back in the hatch, Locke got upset and tried to make "Henry" tell him if he really pushed the button. However, "Henry" wouldn't talk, but he had a weird smile on his face and Ana got worried. Back on the beach, Bernard started giving orders to everyone about how big the sign would be and the jobs they need to do. However, people were getting frustrated and didn't want to help and left. This made Bernard even angrier. He then went to Sawyer and asked him to help. However, he wouldn't. Rose then came by and told him that maybe he should stop. That this place wasn't that bad. However, Bernard just got even angrier and said "You wouldn't be here if it wasn't for me!" Back in the jungle, Jack and Kate were walking and she asked him why he asked her. Jack said that he tried to get Sayid, but he wouldn't come. He then told Kate that she wasn't wanted. Kate got upset, but Jack then said that he meant she wasn't wanted by "the Others" and told her that they didn't want him either. Kate then smiled and said that they were both "Damaged Good". Jack smiled back and they walked off, but Kate spotted something! She went towards it and saw a doll. Jack looked back, got worried, and ran over to stop her from picking it up! However, she did and when Jack caught her, they both got trapped in a net and Kate saying that she was sorry!They were pretty close together and it looked like the whole time they were about to kiss! Kate wondered if the trap was set up by "the Others", but Jack said it looked like the netting was different and close to something Danielle would use. They tried to figure a way out, and Jack suggested getting his gun. The gun was in the back of his pants and Kate was the only one who could reach it! So, the two of them moved around so Kate could get her hands back there. She reached around and got it and Jack asked if she was going to shoot the rope. Kate told him that she went hunting with her dad, so it wasn't that hard. She aimed the gun and shot, but missed the rope! Jack started laughing and told her that he would shoot. He shot once and it hit the rope making them fall on the ground and they both started laughing! Back on the beach, Jin was helping Bernard make the sign, but he still couldn't understand what Bernard was saying. This got him angry and he left Bernard saying that he was sorry. Then Bernard was left alone. Meanwhile, Rose found Locke sitting by the beach and asked why he wasn't in the hatch. Locke said that it wasn't his and he was going to relax. She then asked about his leg and Locke said that he had to stay off it for 4 weeks. But Rose then said "We both know it will be sooner then that." Then they shared a glance. In flashbacks, Rose met Bernard in New York when her car got stuck in the snow. Bernard helped her out and they decided to go out for coffee. 5 months later, they were on a date by Niagara Falls, and he asked Rose to marry him! However, Rose then told him that she had CANCER and was dying! Bernard was shocked, but he had waited 56 years to find her and still wanted to marry her. Rose then accepted. After they were married, they went to Australia. Rose thought it was for their honeymoon, but Bernard told her that he wanted her to see a healer! Rose was upset, but then went to see the healer, Isaac. Isaac tried to heal Rose, but couldn't. Rose then made him lie to Bernard so he would think that Rose was healthy. She didn't want to hurt him. Back in the jungle, it was raining and Jack and Kate were walking. She then said that she and Claire found the medical hatch! Jack was shocked that she didn't tell him, but Kate said that there was nothing left in there for him to use. However, she did tell him about finding "the Others" costumes and the fake beard! He asked her why she didn't say anything, but Kate then asked why she was kept out of the club and he didn't tell her about "Henry". Jack could tell that he hurt her feelings and said that he was sorry. They walked a little more and then Jack stopped. He said that they were here. It was the line "the Others" drew and Jack started to get teary eyed realizing that this was were Kate was held up at gun point! Jack then went and started yelling for them to come out! Leaving Kate worried. Back on the beach, Rose found Bernard still trying to make the sign. However, everyone else was gone. She then told him that she needed to tell him something. Rose said that Isaac never healed her. Bernard was shocked, but Rose said she wasn't finished. She said that after the plane crash, she felt like her cancer had left! She told Bernard that she was healed! Bernard didn't believe at first but Rose said that she knows. It flashbacked to her at the airport and she dropped her medication! Someone picked it up and it was Locke in his wheelchair! Rose knew that Locke couldn't walk and that he was healed too! Back on the island, Bernard was overjoyed and so happy that Rose was healthy. He figured out that was why she didn't want to leave the island and decided to stay. They both left, leaving the S.O.S. sign unfinished. Back in the hatch, Ana was happy that she finally got to push the button on the computer. She told Locke and he was proud of her. Locke made his way back to the computer and began working on his map of the hatches. That night, Charlie and Eko were still working on the church, Jin was talking the his and Sun unborn baby while Sun looked distant, Claire was rocking Aaron in his cradle, Hurley was making animals with his hands at the fire and making Libby laugh, Vincent came by Sawyer and kept him company, and Rose and Bernard set by the fire happily. Meanwhile Jack and Kate were still out in the jungle waiting for "the Others". Kate asked how long they were going to be there and Jack said hoarsely "Until I get my voice back." He screamed too much. Kate waited awhile and finally said "I'm sorry I kissed you" meaning that it put a distance between them. Jack then waited a while and finally said "I'm not." Kate was surprised and they both stared at each other realizing that they just admitted they had feelings for each other! However, when they were about to kiss again, they heard a noise! Someone was coming towards them! Jack grabbed his gun and held Kate a safe distance. The person came closer, but fell! Jack and Kate ran over to see who it was and it was Michael!

Jack and Kate woke up Michael after they found him. After he was well enough, they picked him up and made their way back to the hatch. Meanwhile, Ana was in the hatch and made up some food for "Henry". She walked in the gun case and gave it to him and tried to make him talk. However, "Henry" wouldn't. Suddenly, "Henry" started to mumble something and when Ana got closer, "Henry" grabbed her and choked her! He told her that she killed 2 of Them and that she had to pay! Ana couldn't breathe, but Locke hit "Henry" over the head with his crutch to get him off of her. Later, Ana went to the beach and tried to clean up her cut on her head. Libby came over and saw that she was bleeding, and at first Ana didn't tell her what happened. But Libby figured out that she was attacked by "Henry" and told her to be careful. Back in the hatch, Locke went to "Henry" and asked why he wanted to kill Ana. "Henry" said it was because she was the Killer and she wasn't good. "Henry" then told Locke that HE would kill him because he failed his mission. Locke asked what it was and "Henry" told him that he was supposed to find Locke and take him! Locke was shocked, but Jack and Kate called for him. They had Michael! In the jungle, Sawyer was picking mangos when Ana came up to him. She asked Sawyer if he could give her one of the guns. Sawyer told her no and they argued, but Ana gave up and left. Back at the beach, Hurley went to Sayid for advice to help plan a date for him and Libby! Sayid told him that there was a nice spot on the beach and it was the spot that he used to share with Shannon. And he told him to plan a picnic for Libby. Back in the hatch, Jack and Kate checked Michael out and they told Locke how they found him. Back in the jungle, Sawyer was leaving when he heard a twig snap! He turned and it was Ana. She told him that he was going to give her one of the guns. Ana then said it was because Jack was messing around with his girlfriend Kate, and that's why Sawyer was being so mean. Then, Sawyer told her that there was no way and started to leave. But she tackled him and pined him down! However, Sawyer turned her over and pinned her down saying "What are you going to do Muchacca?" But instead of hitting him, Ana kissed him! Leaving Sawyer shocked, but he kissed her back! One thing led to another, and Sawyer left his gun by his shit and they rolled away. Later, as Sawyer put his shirt back on, Ana swiped his gun! She used him! Back at the beach, Hurley was getting food for his and Libby's picnic, but Libby caught him. She guessed what he was doing and thought it was sweet. They decided to go on it. Back in the hatch, Ana came back and found Jack there. He told her about Michael and what happened when he and Kate found him. Kate then came and said that Michael was awake! Jack went to check on him and Michael said that he was fine, but a little tired. Michael then told Jack, Kate, Locke, and Ana about what he saw! He said that he followed "the Others" north and found one of them! He said the guy was dirty looking and followed him to their camp! Michael said they were worse off and lived in huts. Most of them were women, but he never saw the kids. However, Michael did see another Hatch! He said there were two armed guys with guns guarding it and that had to be where Walt and the rest were. Michael then said that when he got stronger, he was going to take Jack and the rest back and they are going to fight "the Others" to get Walt and the rest back! Jack then talked with Locke and they for once agreed on what to do about "the Others" and to force Sawyer to get all the guns back. While Kate and Ana were talking, Jack asked Kate to go with them to help convince Sawyer to give the guns back. Kate asked why and Jack said that she could do it. Kate agreed and got her stuff, and Ana then told Jack to tell Sawyer that she said "Hey". Jack and Kate were a little confused by it, but Ana had a smirk on her face. Back in the jungle, Hurley was leading Libby to the spot Sayid told her, and made a funny comment about them being Fred and Wilma Flintstone! However, he was walking in circles and led them back to their own beach! Hurley didn't believe it at first, but he saw Jin. Libby told him that it was ok and they could have their picnic there. Libby left to get blankets because Hurley forgot them, and after she left Jin gave Hurley the thumbs up sign. Meanwhile, Sawyer was reading the book "Bad Twin", when Jack, Kate, and Locke came up to him. They asked Sawyer to give them the guns, but he said he was busy reading the mystery novel. Jack then got really angry and grabbed the book and through it in the fire! Sawyer tried to get it out, but it was destroyed. He got mad, but Jack pulled a gun on him and ordered him to give him the rest of the guns! Locke just stood there, and Kate told Sawyer to just agree to it. Then when Sawyer tried to get his gun, he saw that it was missing. He yelled that Ana took it and the rest wondered how Ana had gotten it. Locke then figured out that Ana was going to use it on “Henry” and try to kill him! Jack and Kate got worried and they started to make their way back. In the hatch, Ana opened the gun case and gave "Henry" a knife to cut him self free. He asked why she was doing this and she told him that he knew why. Then she pulled her gun on him and aimed!In flashbacks, Ana’s mother met her outside of the police station and told her that she had to show her something. Teresa showed her Jason's body, and figured out that Ana killed him for killing her baby. Ana wouldn't confirm it, but Teresa was worried about her. Then Ana decided to quit and turned in her badge and gun. Later, she became a security guard. Then one day at a bar Ana met Jack's DAD Christian! Christian asked what had happened to her and she told him that she quit being a cop. Christian told her what had happened between him and Jack, but he wouldn't say their names. He also told Ana that he had to go to Australia to clear some things up. He asked her to go with him and Ana was confused! Christian said that he needed a bodyguard and wanted her to help protect him since she was an ex-cop. Ana agreed and Christian said that they should come up with fake names for each other. Ana said that he looked like a TOM and Christian agreed, but didn't like that name! Then he decided to call Ana SARAH! They did go to Australia. Then late one night, Christian knocked on her hotel door and told her that it was time to do the job. Ana agreed and drove him because he was drunk. They were listening to Patsy Cline’s "Walking After Midnight" when Christian said that they were here. It was a house in the suburbs. Ana was confused, but let him go. Christian knocked on the door and an older blonde woman came out! She was shocked to see him, but wouldn't let him in. Ana heard saw them yelling at each other and got out of the car. When she got close, Christian yelled "Lindsey! I want to see my DAUGHTER! I have a right to see her and you can't stop me! I'm paying your mortgage!" Lindsey told him no and that she didn't live there anymore and she was Australian and she looked exactly like CLAIRE! Ana got Christian to come with her and they left. Later, Ana stopped a car by a bar and asked Christian what that was all about. He said that it was a long story! Christian tried to get out of the car, but he hit the door on Sawyer! Ana didn't want to leave Christian there, but he said that there was nothing else she could do and he wasn't going to go back to LA. Ana left and Christian went into the bar. Later, while waiting to get Flight 815's tickets, Ana heard Jack talking about how his dad died and he needed to get on that plane. This made Ana call her mom and tell her that she was sorry and was coming home. Teresa forgave her and told her that she would help her out when she got home, but it never happened. Back on the island, Ana was sitting on the couch when Michael talked to her. She said that she couldn't kill "Henry". She tried but she couldn't. Michael told her that it was ok and said that he would do it for her. Ana thanked him and gave Michael the gun and the combination. However, Michael told her that he was sorry and Ana asked him what for, but before he could say anything, he SHOT her! Ana then slumped over and DIED! Michael heard someone scream and he shot them too! It was LIBBY! She fell down and Michael looked so shocked and regretful!!! He then opened the gun case and met "Henry". He looked at him, but pointed the gun at himself and shot himself in the shoulder!

Episode 2.21 "?"
An Eko Episode

Eko was chopping wood for the church when Ana appeared to him. At first she seemed fine and was asking Eko how he was. Eko said that he was fine, but Ana said that he needed to go to the hatch and get John. He didn’t understand what she meant, but then he looked back at her and she had blood on her! Eko then ran to the hatch and saw Yemi (his brother) sitting there! Eko was happy to see his brother, and then Yemi told him that he had to save John. He had to restore his faith. Yemi also said that they had to go to the ? on the map, and to take the ax with him. Yemi went to type the numbers in but they were all ? and the hatch timer reset to ???. Eko then woke up from his dream and Charlie saw him there. He asked if he was ok, and Eko said that he had to get John. Meanwhile in the jungle, Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and Locke made their way back to the hatch. Jack and Sawyer started arguing about stupid things and Kate had to break them up. Then Michael ran out at the hatch towards them! He said that “Henry” shot him and the rest and ran off! Sawyer and Kate ran inside to check on Ana and Libby but when they got there Kate checked for a pulse on Ana. Eko then came by and the rest made their way in. Kate confirmed to Jack that Ana was dead, and Sawyer watched over Libby. They all thought Libby was dead, but she suddenly coughed up blood and Jack ran over to help! Michael was concerned, but he really didn’t want her to say anything. Eko later blessed Ana’s body for her to go to heaven as Locke watched. Jack and Kate were working on Libby and she was bleeding a lot. Kate kept pressure on her as Jack checked her out. Jack then talked to the rest and was going to leave to find “Henry”, but Sawyer yelled at him to stay with Libby. Jack didn’t think he could really do anything, but Eko stepped in and said that he and Locke would look for “Henry”. As they were walking, Eko asked Locke about the ? mark on the hatch map! Locke was confused how he knew that, but Eko told him that they were going to find it. All the answers they needed would be there. Locke told him no, but Eko head butted him! When Locke woke up, Eko asked to see the map. Locke got it out and showed him. They decided to find the ? together. They walked off some more and Eko stepped on a Virgin Mary statue! They were back at the drug plane! Locke told him that this was were Boone died, and pointed to the cliff at the top were the plane was. He told Eko that Boone was a sacrifice to the island, but Eko looked at him confused. Back in the hatch, Kate asked Jack how Libby was, and he told her that the bleeding stopped. Kate thought that was good, but Jack told her that it was really bad. Michael seemed to be relieved. Jack then said that he needed the heroin, and Sawyer agreed to get it. However, Jack wouldn’t let him go alone. He didn’t trust him enough and forced Kate to go with him. She did and they made their way to the beach. It was daylight when they got there and Sawyer took Kate to his tent. She wanted to see where his stash was and got angry. However, Sawyer led her in there and his stash was buried under his bed! It was there the whole time! They got the heroin out and started to leave, but they were stopped by Hurley! He asked if they had seen Libby, and Sawyer and Kate started to look sad. Kate went over to him and told him what had happened to Libby. Back in the jungle, Locke was asleep and Eko saw Yemi again! He followed him and he told him to climb the cliff! Eko did so, but he was walking with a limp! He worked his was up there, but when he got to the top, Yemi was in a wheelchair and he said get John! He pushed Eko off, but Locke woke up! Locke dreamt this! Then Eko said “you saw my brother Yemi in your dream”! Locke was freaked out, but he understood now. He told Eko that he had to climb the cliff, and Eko did. Eko climbed up it and he made it to the top. However, he didn’t see anything over it. But, when he looked down at Locke, he saw that the plane was on the dot of a ? mark. Eko made his way down and told Locke about the ? mark. They looked at the dirt and it was made out of salt so someone would see it. Eko believed that something was under the plane and he and Locke moved it! When they did he took his ax and hit around. It made a loud BOOM and they cleared away the dirt. When they did they found another hatch door! Eko hit it with his ax to make the wheel turn and Locke opened it up! In flashbacks, Eko somehow was in Australia and was working as a priest. A man gave him a fake passport to use so he could go to the US. It also showed that he is 36. A woman came and wanted the church to look into a miracle. She said that her daughter Charlotte had been healed! She had drowned and woke up a day later! Eko didn’t believe this but he investigated it for the Pope. He visited with the coroner and he said that the girl woke up as he was starting the autopsy! Eko then visited her parents, but her father, Claire’s physic Richard, told him that it wasn’t real. Charlotte just had hypothermia and looked dead. Richard didn’t want this story to leak because he was a fake physic! Later, when Eko got his ticket for Flight 815, Charlotte ran into him! She told him that Yemi wanted Eko to know that he was a good priest now and that he was proud of him! Eko was freaked out and Libby checked to see if everything was all right. Back on the island in the hatch, Jack made up some morphine out of the heroin Kate and Sawyer brought. Hurley then talked to Michael and said that he was going to take Libby for a date when she came to get blankets. Michael then looked so regretful of what he did, but he didn’t say anything. Meanwhile, Eko and Locke went into the new hatch! When they got inside they saw 9 TVs, a computer, printer, an air tube which Locke sucked up his map in, empty notebooks, 2 chairs, and some weird rocks on a table that at first looked like a cigarette. Then Locke turned on the TVs and all of them were blurry except for one. And it was Jack in The Swan hatch! Locke turned on the lights, and he and Eko were both confused. Locke went to the computer and it asked to print off the LOG. Locke typed in yes and it printed! It was a record of how many times the button was pushed in The Swan! Then Eko found a new Orientation film! This one was on a video tape and they put it in the old VCR. This one was also narrated by the Dharma guy, but instead of Dr. Marvin Candle with the fake arm, he went by Dr. Mark Whitman and he had both arms! He said that they were in station 5, The Pearl. This station was used to monitor what was going on in the rest! They observers were to write down what they saw and send it in the air tubes to Dharma! Eko asked Locke if he wanted to watch it again, but he said no. He was done with this stuff. Locke started to loose a lot of his faith. He said that there was nothing worth doing in the hatch anymore and his life was worthless. He pretty much agreed that Jack was right. However, Eko told him that he was wrong. He said that they all were brought here and that the button was very important. He told Locke about Yemi crashing on this island and that it was all a part of God’s plan. Eko then said that he would now push the button for Locke and still believed that they have too. Back in the hatch, Jack gave Libby a dose of the heroin morphine, and Hurley asked to see her. Jack let him, and Hurley talked to Libby. He said that he was sorry he forgot the blankets. Libby then woke up and tried to speak. Jack came over and listened to what she was trying to say. Libby finally made one word out: “MICHAEL!” Jack was confused, but said he was fine, but then Libby made a horrified look on her face! Then she DIED! Hurley started crying and Jack told him he was so sorry. Jack then walked to the bathroom and cleaned up and started to cry himself. And Kate overheard it all and started balling. Sawyer came over and gave her a comforting hug. As Locke and Eko came back to type the numbers in, Michael was in the gun case and he had a real mean look on his face knowing that Libby died!

Episode 2.22 "Three Minuets"
A Michael Episode

13 days earlier, Locke was showing Michael more about the guns in the gun case, when Michael hit Locke over the head! He then ran over to the computer and started to talk with Walt! He told Walt that he was getting ready to come and he asked for directions. Walt told him to go North and they are by a huge rock with a hole in the middle. All of a sudden Michael heard Jack, and he escaped out of the program. That was when he found Jack and locked him in the gun case with Locke. Back to the present, Michael was looking at a piece of paper. He got a lighter and burned it, when Jack came to see how he was doing. Jack then told him that they were having a meeting in the hatch. They went inside and met Kate, Sawyer, and Hurley and they started to talk about what to do next. Jack said that they should go and form a larger group, but Michael said it just had to be the 5 of them! However, Hurley told them to wait 1 more day, and that they needed to bury Ana and Libby. They all agreed and they started to prepare to move the bodies. As they left, Michael stared at the blood on the ground. Then another flashback of 13 days before happened, and Michael was walking alone in the jungle. All of a sudden he saw one of "the Others" and one was using the bathroom. Michael held up his gun to him and this "Other", his name is Pickett, said "You must be Walt's father!". Michael told him that he wanted to see his son, but someone came up behind him and stole his gun! It was Zeke! Michael hit him and started to run, but Zeke told the rest not to shoot. They needed him! Then Zeke hit him with a sharp rope and they captured Michael! Back to the present, Michael was cleaning up the blood, when Eko came in. He told Michael that he would be staying there awhile and he started to help him out. Michael asked if they found "Henry", but Eko said no. As they were cleaning it up, Michael asked about Hell. Eko told him that while he was serving in England, a little boy wanted to know the same thing. The boy killed his dog after he bit his little sister. Eko said that he wouldn't go to Hell if he asked for forgiveness. However, Eko also said that the boy was scared that if he did go there, that dog would be waiting to kill him! Michael had a scared look on his face and Eko might know something! Later, Michael started to throw up in the jungle and Jack found him. He told Michael that they all have gone through a rough time and that it would be over soon. Michael said it wouldn't be over till he had Walt back. They decided to make their way to the beach and prepare the graves. Meanwhile at the beach, Claire was watching over Aaron when Charlie came up to them. At first Claire didn't want to talk to him, but he asked how Aaron was doing and said that he's getting big. Then when Charlie said hi to Aaron, the baby got really happy! He also told her that he and Eko were building a church. Charlie then told Claire that he had something for her and Aaron. He told her that when the balloon dropped, something came with it. It was the vaccine! He showed her that it came with an injector, which she asked how he knew to use it thinking he gave himself drugs that way. However, Charlie said he tried it out before giving it to her. He said that it had instructions and the medicine had to be given out every 9 days! She thanked Charlie for giving her and Aaron this and they talked about starting their friendship back up! Then Claire got really excited when she saw that Michael was back. Charlie was shocked to see him too. Then Sun spotted him, and her and Jin, Charlie and Claire, with Aaron, ran over to see Michael. Jin and Sun hugged Michael and asked if he was ok, and Michael said he was. However, when they looked to see where Jack had went, they saw the 2 bodies! Sun asked what happened, and Michael told them that Ana and Libby were murdered! Then it flashbacked again to 13 days earlier, and Michael was out in the woods with Zeke and the rest of "the Others". They heard noises and Zeke told him that they were going to meet his friends! Zeke did meet up with Jack, Sawyer, and Locke and they talked about Michael. Meanwhile as they were talking, Alex came over to Michael. She told him that Zeke just wanted to scare his friends and that he wasn't going to hurt them. That's when Michael noticed that they had someone else tied up! That's when Zeke yelled to light up the torches and for Alex to bring the girl out! However, Alex made Pickett do it. After Pickett left, Alex asked Michael how Claire was and if she had a boy or girl! Michael was shocked, but Alex wanted to know how they were doing. That's when Zeke showed Kate to Jack and them. They gave up there guns and left with Kate. After they were gone, Zeke had the rest take the guns and they made their way back to camp. Back in the present, Michael found Vincent and petted him. Meanwhile, Sawyer led Jack to his tent to get the rest of the guns. He then asked Jack what happened to him and Kate when they found Michael. Jack said that they were caught in a net. Then Sawyer said "So that's what they're calling it these days". As they were walking back, Sayid met them and wanted to know what was going on. Jack and Sawyer told him and Sayid said that he was going to help out. Jack didn't want him to, but Sawyer gave Sayid his gun and said that they needed actual military people to help them out. Jack agreed and he and Sawyer made their way to the hatch. In the hatch, the timer went off and Eko got to push the button. He was very happy about being able to do this. Then Charlie came in and said a funny comment about Eko not calling or writing him in awhile! Eko told him that he had an important job to do now in the hatch and press the button. He then asked Charlie if he would get his things and help him move in. Charlie then said that Eko was making this a bachelor pad and Eko started laughing. He also asked Eko about the church, but Eko said that he couldn't build it anymore. This was more important. However, Charlie got mad and told Eko to get his own things. Back at the beach, Sawyer told Michael that he asked Sayid to come along with them. Michael then got angry and told him no! That it only had to be the 5 of them and no one else! After they argued a little bit, Michael then said it was ok. Then it flashbacked to 12 days earlier and "the Others" brought Michael back to their camp! It was by the rock with a hole in it just like Walt said! When they got there, "the Others" were living in huts and they had 2 armed guards at a hatch! Then they stopped at a sitting place by the beach and Zeke told Alex to get HER! Then Pickett took some blood from Michael! Then a woman came over to Michael. She said her name was Miss. Klugh and she wanted to talk about Walt! Michael asked how Walt was and she said he was fine. She said he is a very special boy. Then she asked Michael if he was Walt's birthfather! Michael told her yes, and the Miss. Klugh started asking questions like "Did he ever get sick as a child?" and "Has Walt ever been two places at once?" Michael was shocked and told her that Walt was living half way around the world until they were reunited. She then asked again if that's how he could appear in another place! Michael was really confused. Back in the present, Michael talked to Sayid and told him that he really didn't want him to go. Sayid at first was confused, but then he agreed not to go with them. He shook Michael's hand and he left. Meanwhile, Charlie was trying to work more on the church himself, when Vincent came running towards him! And in his mouth was the Virgin Mary statue! Charlie gave it back to him, but Vincent wanted him to follow! Charlie did and Vincent led him back to Sawyer stash! That's where he found the rest of the statues! Charlie picked one up and looked at it. However, he went to the beach and started to throw them in the ocean! He got to the last one and looked at it and finally threw it in the ocean! He got rid of all the drugs! Charlie then looked over and saw Locke sitting there looking at him. Locke gave him a proud nod and Charlie felt great! Back in the hatch, Jack found Eko sitting at the computer and he asked him if they found "Henry". Eko told him no and said he wasn't going to officiate the funerals and Jack made his way over to Sawyer. As they were loading up the guns, Sawyer said "I didn't even know her last name. Ana's." Jack then told him that it was Cortez. Sawyer nodded his head and then he said something shocking! He told Jack that he slept with Ana! Jack was confused and Sawyer said "You know. Caught in a net." Jack was stunned that Sawyer told him this. Jack asked why he was telling him this and Sawyer said "You’re about the closest thing I have to a friend here." Jack then told Sawyer that he was sorry about Ana's death, realizing that Sawyer might have feelings for Ana. But Sawyer said "At least now I get to kill someone." Meanwhile at the beach, Kate and Hurley were digging the graves and Michael came by to help. He started talking to them about going out the next day after "the Others" and Kate agreed. However, Hurley didn't want to go. Michael then yelled at him and said that Hurley has to go! Kate told Michael to stop and leave it alone. Then it flashbacked to 9 days before, and Miss. Klugh brought food to Michael. He didn't want to eat and he told her that he wanted to see his son! They said that Walt was right outside and that he was fine! Michael ordered Miss. Klugh to get Walt and let him see him! She finally agreed and said that they had 3 minutes. But he had to do something for them afterwards. He agreed and they let Walt come in! They were overjoyed to see each other and Walt asked how Vincent was. Michael said that he was fine and everyone else was too. Walt then said that "the Others" were lying! He said that they were pretending to be poor! They were doing tests on him and the rest! Miss. Klugh and Pickett told him to stop lying or he would go to the ROOM, but Walt broke free. He ran to Michael and gave him a hug! Pickett then picked Walt up and Walt told Michael that he loves him and Michael said it back! After Walt was gone, Miss. Klugh told Michael that he had to go back to his camp and bring these 4 people on the list to them! She told him to create a diversion so they would believe him and come. She said that if Michael brought them, they would let him and Walt go! She then showed Michael the list! The list said Jack Shepherd, Kate Austen, Hugo Reyes, and James Ford! Michael didn't know who James was, but Miss. Klugh said "You know him as Sawyer!" Michael agreed to it and said he was going to get his son back and that he wanted a boat! Back in the present, everyone went to the beach for the funerals. Hurley was looking at Libby's grave, and Kate saw Sawyer staring at Ana's. Kate noticed that Sawyer couldn't stop looking at Ana. Locke was still sitting on the beach, but he cut off his splint and walked away! He leg did heal fast! Jack and Sayid made their way over to the graves and Jack said that since he didn't get to talk at this dad's funeral, he was going to officiate this one. Sayid the told Jack that he thinks Michael has been working with "the Others"!!! Jack was stunned but Sayid explained that he was right about "Henry" before. He told Jack that he wasn't coming with them, but to keep a close eye on Michael. Then Jack started the service and said some nice things about Ana. Then he gave a weird look to Michael. Then Hurley talked about Libby and he started to cry during his eulogy. Kate placed a hand on Hurley's shoulder. Then he turned around and told Michael that he was coming with them. Jin and Sun hugged from the sadness. And Claire was so sad that she reached out and grabbed Charlie's hand and held on tight! Then all of a sudden, Sun saw something in the water! She started screaming BOAT! Everyone turned around and they saw a white sailboat coming towards them!

Everyone was looking at the boat! Jack, Sayid, and Sawyer ran and dove into the ocean and swam to it! They climb on the boat and brought out their guns. They heard some opera music playing and Jack broke the cabin door. And a drunken Desmond said "Hello Brother"! That night, Desmond joined the camp. Jack and Sayid talked and Sayid told him that Michael was working with "the Others". Jack wanted to tell Kate and the rest, but Sayid said that he had to keep it a secret. Sayid said that he would go to "the Other's" camp and burn a signal fire of black smoke. Then Jack went to talk with Desmond and he asked where he was. Desmond said that he got on his boat and sailed out, but he just came right back to the island. He told Jack that they were trapped in a snow globe and the rest of the world was gone! Jack didn't believe him since he was drunk and left him there. Meanwhile in the hatch, Locke found Eko in the hatch and he tried to explain to him that he shouldn't push the button. Eko wouldn't take it and Locke tried to break the computer! Eko was able to stop him, but after he pushed the numbers in, Eko punched Locke and threw him out of the hatch! The next morning, Jack met the group and gave them all guns, expect for Hurley because he didn't want one. Then Kate reminded Jack that they could be walking into a trap since her and Claire found they fake beards. However, Michael said that it wasn't a lie and they had to go find them. They agreed and the 5 of them set off. Meanwhile, Sayid and Desmond got his raft and they brought his things onto the shore. He asked Desmond if he wanted to help him sail to "the Others" camp. However, Desmond said no and he decided to stay on the beach. So, Sayid went and talked with Sun and he wanted Jin to come with him since he was a fisherman. Sun translated to Jin, but Jin said that he wouldn't leave her and the baby. Sun then said that she was going to help and she was going with them. In the jungle, the 5 were walking when Sawyer noticed something on the ground. He tried to pick it up, but Kate told him no. She said that she fell for that and her and Jack got caught. Then Sawyer realized that Jack really did mean caught in a net. And Kate asked "When did you and Jack start talking about me?" All of a sudden they heard a noise and this huge BIRD flew at them! Hurley heard it say his name! Everyone started shooting and Michael realized that he had an empty gun! Jack then pretended that he messed up and reloaded his gun. However, Michael became curious. Meanwhile, Charlie found Locke crying in the jungle! Charlie was shocked, but Locke played it off. Charlie then told him that Desmond came back. This interested Locke and he went off to the beach to find him. Back at the beach, Sun and Jin joined Sayid, but Sayid didn't want Sun to go. However, she convinced him that she should and he oked it. And the 3 of them took of for the boat. Meanwhile, Claire was watching over Aaron and she was getting ready to inject him, when Desmond said "Hey Sister! I wouldn't do that if I were you." Claire asked why and Desmond said that he thought it used to work, but he didn't believe it now. Later that night, Locke found Desmond and they started to talk about the hatch. Locke said that he didn't think the button needed to be pushed, but Desmond said that it did. However, Locke showed him the video tape from The Pearl and told him all about that hatch. They both then decided to go to the hatch the next day and stop Eko from pushing it! In the jungle, Sawyer asked if Hurley wanted something to eat, but he said no. He wasn't eating. Then Michael and Jack talked and Jack reassured him that they would get Walt. The next morning, Sun got sick on the boat, but it was just morning sickness. But Sayid saw something! As they got closer it was a broken statue of a 4 toed foot! Back in the hatch, Desmond put some wires together and made the Lockdown start! The doors came down and they trapped Eko outside! Locke was happy, but Desmond was shocked to find out that Eko was a priest and they locked him out. Locke then told him how he first believed that he had to open the hatch after Boone died. He said that he a light come from the hatch thinking it was a sign, but it was probably just Desmond. Meanwhile, Eko climbed out of the hatch and saw the quarantine hatch door lying there. He then ran to the beach to get Charlie's help. He said that they had 19 minuets or everyone was going to die! Charlie agreed to help and he showed Eko the dynamite! In the jungle, the 5 were walking and Kate made Sawyer slow down. He asked her why and she told him that 2 of "the Others" were following them! They both quietly raised there guns and started shooting! Jack and the rest got freaked out and they ducked. Sawyer killed one of them and the other one took off! Jack said that he knew they were being followed and Michael got worried. Back on the boat, Sayid, Sun, and Jin found the rock with the hole in it and Sayid went to search it! When he got there the place was abandoned. He then went to open the new hatch, but when he did there was just rock! It was all a fake! Back at the hatch, Charlie and Eko got the dynamite and they brought it down there! Charlie asked Locke if he would change his mind, but he said no. Charlie then told them that they were going to blow open the door. Desmond said that was no good and that they tried it before. So Eko placed the dynamite together and Charlie started to panic! Eko said to have faith and believe. Then he lit the fuse! The dynamite exploded and a big fire ball came out of the hatch door! Back in the jungle, the 5 came to a place with all these tubes! It was the notebooks from The Pearl hatch! That tube didn't go anywhere and there was a huge pile! Kate opened one of them up and started to read the notebook. It was notes taken from watching the other hatches. Sawyer then found Locke's map and gave it to Jack! Then when Jack turned, he saw the black smoke Sayid said he would burn! However, it was in the wrong direction Michael was leading them! Jack then grabbed Michael and threw him onto a tree! Jack told him that he knew he was leading them into a trap! Michael then confirmed it and Kate, Sawyer, and Hurley were shocked! Kate then asked if he was the one who left "Henry" go and Michael said yes. Then Hurley asked if he killed Ana and Libby! Michael then said "I had to get my son back!" The rest were all shocked and angry. Jack then said that they were still going to go after "the Others" and the rest agreed. However, as they walked something hit Sawyer! It was a dart! He fell and started to go into convulsions! Jack then said to RUN! He grabbed Kate while Hurley and Michael took off. However, a dart hit Hurley and he fell! Then another hit Kate! She went into convulsions too and Jack picked her up and started to carry her! As he was running, Jack was shot by a dart too and he fell to the ground with Kate beside him. As he passed out, he saw "the Others" getting them! Back in the hatch, Locke and Desmond talked more about The Pearl hatch, and he asked if there was another computer. Locke said there was and it printed off a log. Desmond asked to see it and he looked over the numbers. Then he saw something that shocked him! He asked Locke "When did your plane crash?" Locke said September 22, 2004. Desmond pointed to the log to that date and it said SYSTEM FAILURE! In flashbacks, Desmond had just gotten out of jail. He was in there for not fallowing orders since he was in the British Army. He carried a Charles Dickens’s book and that picture of him and Penelope with him and as he was leaving he was met by someone in a limo. It was Charles WIDMORE! He showed Desmond a box of letters that he sent to Penelope, Charles' daughter. Charles said that he didn't want Desmond seeing his daughter, so he hid them. He then told Desmond that he was going to leave and go to America. Desmond was forced to agree, and Charles gave him money. In LA, he met LIBBY at a coffee shop. They talked and Desmond told her that he was going to race around the world in Widmore's race, to get Penelope back. Libby then told him that he could use her boat. Desmond asked why and Libby said that it used to belong to her husband David, and he died. She wanted to get rid of it and gave it to Desmond. He asked what the boat's name was and she said it was named after her. Elizabeth. For about a year, Desmond trained and that night where he met Jack at the football stadium, Penelope showed up. He asked her why she was getting married, and she asked why he never wrote her. He told her that he still loved her, but she just left, but said that if you have all the money, you can find someone easily. Desmond then left and sailed. However, he hit a storm and he was thrown off the boat! When he woke up he was on the island and someone in a hazmat suit came and got him! It was Kelvin Inman! SAYID's trainer in Persian Gulf! He showed Desmond all about the hatch and taught him how to use it and about the injection. Desmond asked how he got there and Kelvin said he left the Army after they listened to him too much and he joined Dharma. Kelvin's old partner killed himself. Then he showed Desmond another underground passage way. It led to a failsafe! It turned off the ELECTROMAGNETIC FORE! It was turned off with a key. Kelvin also referred to "the Others" as HOSTILES! For 3 years, Desmond helped Kelvin out. Then one day he decided to follow Kelvin outside to the island. When he did, he saw Kelvin take off his hazmat suit and walk to another part of the beach. That's when Desmond saw his boat! Kelvin then asked what Desmond wanted and he asked what Kelvin was doing with his boat. Kelvin said that he was fixing it up so he could leave the island! Desmond got angry and they started to fight! However, Desmond accidentally killed Kelvin! He then took the key and rushed back to the hatch. The timer started to go off and the computer said SYSTEM FAILURE! The hieroglyphics came up and everything in the room started to spin! Desmond finally was able to type the numbers in and it stopped. And the date was September 22, 2004! A couple of weeks later, Desmond thought about killing himself, when he found his Charles Dickens book and a letter from Penelope was in there! He was supposed to read it while he was in jail! She told him that he would always love him! Then Desmond heard someone crying and banging on the hatch door. He beamed the fog light up and saw Locke! This then made Desmond relived that he could go home. Back in the hatch, Desmond then told Locke "I think I crashed your plane!" He then said that he had to type the numbers in! Locke told him no, but Desmond wouldn't listen. Desmond tried to explain what happened to him, but Locke wouldn't listen. Locke then grabbed the computer and dropped it! It broke and Desmond started to panic! Behind the blast door, Charlie woke up and was a little bloody. He then rushed over to Eko and tried to wake him up! Meanwhile, "the Others" brought a tied up Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and Hurley to the docks! They set the 4 down and formed a line with Zeke, Pickett, Alex, Miss. Klugh, Michael and the rest of "the Others" in the front of them. Kate then yelled at Zeke to take off his beard and he did! He said it felt good to get that thing off. It was itchy. Then Miss. Klugh said "Shut up TOM!!!”, talking to Zeke. Then Tom said "Ok. Dee." That's there real names! Then they all heard a boat coming! It was the tugboat that Tom kidnapped Walt on! Then someone emerged from it! It was "HENRY"! He then walked over to the rest of "the Others" and said "Where's your beard Tom? I told you to keep it on." "Henry" is HIM! He's the leader! The 4 were shocked! Tom then said that they know. "Henry" then said hello to Jack and the rest. He then walked over to Michael and said that they had to negotiate their deal. Back in the hatch, Desmond made the blast doors come up and Charlie was able to wake Eko up! They came into the hatch right as the timer went to 0! The hieroglyphics came up and the room started to shake! Everything started to spin in a circle and crash! Desmond made his way to failsafe, as Charlie ran out of the hatch! Eko didn't go with him but he went to Locke! He said "I told you we needed to push the button!" Locke then said "I'm sorry! You were right!" Desmond then put the key in the fail safe and turned the key! Elsewhere on the island there was an earthquake, a loud noise was heard, and the sky became a bright VIOLET! Everyone on the beach was panicking and Claire tried to comfort Aaron's cries; Sun and Jin and Sayid were trying to stay steady on the boat; ”the Others" were panicking; the 4 tried to block out he bright light and loud noise; and "Henry" just stared straight up at the sky! After the light and noise went away, Claire and Bernard saw something coming towards them! They ran out of the way and the hatch door fell right where they were! Charlie then came back to camp and Claire was relieved! They asked where Locke and Eko were and Charlie got worried that they wouldn't make it back. Back at the docks, "Henry" then went back to Michael and said that they had a fair trade. He did his word to free him and now he would get Walt back. He also said that Walt was too much for them to handle. He said that in order to get off, he had to sail at exactly 325 degrees. Michael then made "Henry" promise that the 4 wouldn't get hurt and "Henry" agreed. Michael asked who exactly they are and "Henry" said "We are the good guys." Michael then said that how does he know he wouldn't tell anyone. To that "Henry" said "No one will believe you. Plus, you will never find this island again." Michael then got on the boat and Walt was there! They hugged and Michael promised that they were going home. As the boat was leaving, Michael stared back at the 3 and Walt was shocked to see them there tied up! Then Dee went over and made Hurley sit up. They untied him and told him that he was free to go. Hurley was confused, but Dee said that he had to tell the rest of their camp not to come find them. They had to stay and would listen to Hurley. Hurley looked at Jack and he nodded for him to go. And Hurley left too. Then, "Henry" went to the 3 and told them that it was time to go. They picked up Jack, Kate, and Sawyer. Then Jack and Kate stared straight at each other and they both without speaking said that they love each other and Jack promised that everything would be ok! They both locked eyes and nodded as the bags were put over there heads! That night, Claire talked to Charlie and asked what happened in the hatch. He joked about it, and Claire could tell that it was bad and caused the violet light. She then said she was glad he was ok. Then she kissed him! And they both smiled at each other! Elsewhere, 2 guys were out in the artic playing chess in some bunker when the computer started beeping! They rushed over to it and it said "ELECTROMAGNETIC FORE DETECTED"! One asked if they missed it again, but the other said that got it. One guy yelled to call HER! The other one did and it was Penelope Widmore on the phone! They told her that it went off and they found HIM! She was happy and thanked God!
